- DWDenis WhiteSep 6, 20265.0Did some shopping on Friday at my favorite store. The bagger put a large bag of Doritos in my cart and I told him that wasn't mine. He asked me to check my receipt and I did not see it. I gave him the Doritos back and left. When I got home I put my readers on and checked my receipt. The Doritos had been rung up and paid for. I went in on Sunday and explained the situation to Tyler at self checkout. I gave him my receipt He gladly refunded me the money back to my credit card. Excellent customer service. Thank you Tyler. Also a hats off to the staff in the meat department and bakery. I love shopping at Safeway.

While normally we have a good experience at Conifer Safeway, this morning the worker at the Starbucks (who said she normally didn't work the Starbucks) made my daughter's drink wrong, even though she was informed of my daughters dairy allergy (one sip and my daughter immediately knew and had to take meds). She also told my dairy-allergic daughter that "soy milk causes breast cancer". My 16 year old who has been severely allergic to milk since birth and has had soy milk her whole life. Excuse me? Are you a dietitian, scientist, or allergist? DO BETTER.
