  I don’t know if it’s oil grease or what small salty ahh wings pick a different place I got sick bc of the grease yup ofc I know it cooked like that but this is to much

  Vanessa is a horrible manager and Wingstop should think about who they put in positions of leadership. She is rude and nasty and has no empathy for others. I’m shocked she’s in the position she’s in. I will not come back to this location because of her attitude. Update: went to the location on chambers rd not too far from this location had no issues getting our food/using the bathroom and service was exceptional so worth the drive to go to a different location.

  Said they were closed 10 minutes before they were actually supposed to be closed was in there making themselves food but couldn't make my order like what type of restaurant is this you need to fire your whole night staff like that's just like how you close a whole 10 minutes before you're supposed to be closed really

  I accidentally placed a mobile order at your Denver, Colorado location because I previously lived there and the app still had that location selected. As soon as I realized my mistake, I immediately called the store to cancel the order so I could place a new order at the correct location. Unfortunately, when I spoke with the manager, Alexa, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. She told me that I would not receive a full refund because it was “not her fault” that I placed the order at the wrong location. She also stated that I would only receive a partial refund and that it would not be processed until later in the week because they were busy and she was “not dropping everything” to handle my request. While I understand that the initial mistake was mine, I called immediately to cancel the order before I received it. I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Instead, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff, and the way I was spoken to was disappointing and unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation, explain your policy regarding refunds for promptly canceled mobile orders, and determine whether a full refund is appropriate. I also hope this feedback is shared with the store so future customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

  I had the boneless wings in mild and original hot the hot ones were good but the mild ones were very dry and extremely salty to the point where I couldn't eat them the fries were cold and didn't taste very good either the quality of the wings is hot and miss there is no consistency in the food from day to day
