  Store #33856 Ordered via kiosk and while waiting, decided to order more. Second order came, and told the crew I still have another order. Turns out, it wasn't prepared. Finally got orders and my error was I did not verify items vs. order slip on bag. Missing 1 order of 5-pc Diablo Nuggets. Not a happy customer here after the mess up on my orders.

  The guy manager here was so disrespectful here we work across the street and we had an employee go to Taco Bell to go BUY food and the manager told the guy attending the employee to not let him get water when this company doesn’t even deny water to the homeless and proceeded to yell across the kitchen telling the Taco Bell employee that if we want change to leave and go to the bank. I went in and asked him politely at first to give me his bosses number and he laughed and said he wasn’t going to give me anything and he was plane out rude and disrespectful we asked for a district manager multiple times because they sent someone to come and tell us we can no longer get cups and wanted to charge us for water ? When the company doesn’t have water cups This was the worst we have EVER been treated by anyone there and we’ve been going there for two years. How disappointing you guys have an employee there treating people like this and they get away with that behavior.

  Honestly, a very disappointing experience. The place could really benefit from a fresh start with a new and improved team. The staff were not friendly and seemed to be in an unpleasant mood. The worst part was being served soggy food and then having it blamed on me. That was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
