  I got a smasher meal, no onions at the drive thru. One, it took forever. There were no cars in front of me. By the time I finally got my order there were 3 vehicles behind me. Two, with the amount of time I waited, I would have expected super hot tots. Nope, lukewarm. Boooo Three, I didn't try my burger until I got home. I don't know wth it was but it wasn't any type of burger I'd ever gotten, anywhere. It did have 2 patties, 2 buns, and some pickles. They were correct by not adding the onions. There was no lettuce, no tomato. There did not seem to be any mayo or ketchup. Here's the kicker, I am quite certain the cheese on my burger was nacho cheese sauce. It had the same consistency and it was spicy. It definitely could not have been melted cheese slices. The top bun was saturated with it. If I want a decent burger, I'll drive over to Freddy's.

  Placed order through the app for 2 grilled cheese, a footlong Coney dog and a 44 oz Diet Coke for delivery on 4/28/26. Was delivered to my work address. Missing the Coney. Tried calling the restaurant and kept getting a busy signal.

  I ordered a number 3 combo, which is a double cheeseburger.No pickles.Add jalapenos. I specifically asked for ketchup. The bellhop said the ketchup was in the bag and it wasn't. The cheeseburger ended up being a single.

  I ordered a small slushie blue raspberry with bubble in it along with a jr cheeseburger. The burger was cold to touch almost like they left it sitting out for hours and then decided to fed it to a customer instead of making a fresh burger smh. It’s ok I won’t be back. I asked for a refund the lady took my receipt and has been gone for a couple minutes now. Also usually when I go to other sonics if I order bubble in my slushie they give me a big straw so I’m not sucking my face in through the straw because of how big the bubbles are. So with all that being said… please save your money and go make a home cooked meal I feel like my time and money just went to waste.

  This Sonic charges you more to go through the drive through than they charge through their mobile app!! (No deals were added on the app) I even showed the staff and manager I was ordering from the correct loctation and it has a cheaper price. They wouldn't correct the price for me in the drive through. Also, each time I've been here, they've not giving me my full order, could barely hear the correct order being placed, and had to explain how to make drinks from their menu to their staff. The food tastes like any other sonic, as long as you receive what you actually asked for.
