  Waited 7 min in the drive thru before aomeone answered and took my order. Then waited 12min for a simple order of popcorn chicken. And not once did someone come to the window to say sorry about the wait or explain until I was handed my food. Disappointed in this location.

  I’ve ordered the banana pudding shake on the app and added real banana pieces and they weren’t added. Twice this has happened to me, I hate having to pay the extra $.50 for it and not getting them.

  Asked for a chocolate oreo shake with m&ms, Jose refused to add m&ms or even sell me a side of m&ms and told me I needed to order a blast to get the m&ms, and continued to argue with me until I ordered a blast. It's not the same, they both taste totally different!! Every other Sonic in the area puts m&ms on my chocolate oreo shake, what is the big deal?! Even though it is individually owned, its a franchise, that advertises CUSTOM drinks!!! Worst experience, will not go back.

  came 15 minutes before close to get a drink and came to the drive thru and the woman on the speaker said sorry we’re closed. I said you guys close at 1am right? And she said yes but we close everything down 30mins before close so we don’t have anything to serve. You need to change your business hours. You can’t say open until 1am and close 30minutes early. It’s unprofessional. I get I came late but that’s the point of sonic is being open late. The store manager needs to hold their employees accountable or change their hours on google. After I started to drive away they shut off all their lights to prevent more customers from coming. Extremely unprofessional and have never had this experience at a sonic late at night before. Sorry for coming late not looking to get people in trouble but please edit your store hours so people don’t come out of their way to your business late at night.
