  There is not a full menu on the menu board for drive through ordering, Icouldn't remember the full name of the items I wanted, said I want the Chicken Wrap, lady said that they don't do any chicken wraps there, i looked up the name on the internet, I ordered the Cheesy Baja Crispy Tender Wrap, almost no lettuce, very few tomatoes very little cheese and zesty sauce, they basically gave me a crispy chicken tender wrapped in a tortilla.

  Extremely disappointing experience. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for our order, only to find out the items had been marked as “unavailable” instead of anyone bringing the food out or communicating with us properly. It honestly felt like the order was pushed aside so no one had to walk it out. By the time we finally got anything resolved, the food was cold, the quality was poor, and the whole experience felt careless from start to finish. Fast food does not need to be perfect, but basic communication, warm food, and decent service should be the minimum. This location needs serious attention from management. If items are unavailable, customers should be told right away, not left waiting forever while the food sits or the order gets ignored. I would not recommend this Sonic unless you are okay with wasting time and receiving cold, disappointing food.

  I got a smasher meal, no onions at the drive thru. One, it took forever. There were no cars in front of me. By the time I finally got my order there were 3 vehicles behind me. Two, with the amount of time I waited, I would have expected super hot tots. Nope, lukewarm. Boooo Three, I didn't try my burger until I got home. I don't know wth it was but it wasn't any type of burger I'd ever gotten, anywhere. It did have 2 patties, 2 buns, and some pickles. They were correct by not adding the onions. There was no lettuce, no tomato. There did not seem to be any mayo or ketchup. Here's the kicker, I am quite certain the cheese on my burger was nacho cheese sauce. It had the same consistency and it was spicy. It definitely could not have been melted cheese slices. The top bun was saturated with it. If I want a decent burger, I'll drive over to Freddy's.
