  I ordered a double Big Mac and they forgot the whole two patties on the top section of my burger only leaving an extra bun😭

  This McDonald's sucks! It's always something. Today I did the mobile order, and tell me why I had to wait over 10mins while everyone got their food. Never returning

  I get hash browns daily among other food items. The hash browns are full of grease very gross the last 3 times taken one bite thrown away. I'm not sure if there's a time limit to keep breakfast food or if they're just throwing them in the fryer twice to "keep fresh" but no bueno! High suggestion to keep the 2 men off of the headsets/ ordering/ first window. One talks way too fast can barely understand him, the other one is just rude. 2 nd window pickup those ladies are always so friendly I love it!

  I've been to hundreds of restaurants throughout the years and I haven't had this game called yet. Today's order what state is in this exact order. Everything's to come out Frisco. Didn't mean to interrupt the attendant who was purchasing from a solicitor having a business purchased from another business before a customer. I explained I would like 20 nugget meal large fresh out. nuggets add fresh out Fry's / pa pas. And a medium drink Hi-C. The order was repeated to me promptly minus the fresh out so I made the statement again. Soon after my food was you bought over to me not as I requested. Test the food by nibbling the ends you can see if it's hot enough. Tested both of the Nugget boxes checking a small bite off of a nugget of each box. Both boxes failed. The frys failed. I had everything remade because I like to eat my fries and food hot together. After the proper amount of time it takes to actually fry the food I received 18 nuggets back not 20 that I paid for. As it is not my fault they messed up my food but I did not give them messed up money. The fries seemed good until you look down below it's like fresh Fry's being set on old frys. was disgusting. I gave this rating of three stars because business is normal is on the up and up. I'm not sure who made the decision to play around with customers foods today but it should be noted by corporate. You don't get to make the choice of what you're going to do with a customer's food unless you're coming out of pocket yourself for the meal. This should be addressed. Made my request crystal clear and as I always say that over the last 20 years take your time. Note; I didn't know solicitors that you cannot see a food license for can sell to a food license facility. I seen this at Carl's Junior didn't expect it in McDonald's Photo example the center box is freshly opened with nine nuggets.

  Rude man at drive thru when ordering who shouted “no” at me while trying to order and my kids’ happy meal toy was empty. Hard to explain that to a 3 year old mario fan who opened an empty box.
