    I placed a pickup order for three drinks with an estimated pickup time of 7:48 AM. I work only about two minutes away and needed to be at work by 8:00 AM, so I specifically chose that pickup time to make sure I could grab my order and get to work on time. When I arrived, another customer was there who had an 8:00 AM pickup time. We were both waiting for our orders when another customer arrived after us. I’m not sure what his pickup time was because I didn’t ask, but he received his drink before either of us. The customer with the 8:00 AM pickup time then received her order before I received mine. The staff apologized and explained that they were short staffed, and I completely understand that staffing issues can cause delays. However, what was frustrating was seeing orders that appeared to have later pickup times being completed and handed out before orders that were already due. I ended up waiting outside the pickup window and received my drinks approximately 27 minutes after my estimated pickup time. Because I had specifically planned around the 7:48 pickup time and had to be at work at 8:00 AM, this put me in a very difficult position. I understand that delays happen, but I would appreciate it if pickup orders could be handled in the order they are due whenever possible, especially when customers are relying on the estimated pickup times to get to work or other commitments. I wanted to share this feedback because the issue wasn’t simply that the store was short staffed. It was that, despite the staffing issue, orders with later pickup times appeared to be getting prioritized over earlier orders.

    The service was absolutely horrible. I was standing at the window for a couple minutes until I was helped. Many people saw me and failed to acknowledge me. Very disappointed.

    My daughter ordered online and we went to pick up the drink. Pick up time was 7:59 am. My daughter stood at the window and they saying we are making the drink. After 20 min waiting finally my daughter got her drink. It was only one drink. This is so disappointing 20 MIN WAITING FOR JUST ONE DRINK.

    Usually it’s not to bad but lately, service is kinda rude when you ask questions, especially about the line and why 2 people where helped before me, seemed friendly with one. Just rude when you know the deal. Ziggis is where it’s at!

    Every single time I go to this Dutch Bros they never fail to disappoint me. I’ve always been a regular here but they constantly mess up my orders and every time I order ahead they still take like 30 minutes to get my drink. When I ask for extra espresso shots they never add them in even though I pay for it.
