I haven't had pizza from Pizza Hut for about 6 years since all of the stores closed in the Glenwood area. Taste was awesome just how I remember it.

I called PH to change the pickup time. The woman who transferred me had very poor English and it was difficult to understand her. Finally, I was transfered to the Clifton Pizza Hut and the manageranswered. I mentioned that I couldn't understand the last rep's English and the manager girl said I was a racist and she hung up on me. I was shocked. Who the hell is this little blue-haired girl who represents Pizza Hut, that she's allowed to make character assessments of paying customers? Is this Pizza Hut protocol? You hire a person who speaks English terribly, and if anyone says they can't understand her your store manager is authorized to spew out false accusations and judgment of those paying customers who just want a dang pizza? Wth Pizza Hut? Yeah, I lost my cool when I arrived at the store. I called that girl names I haven't used in 30 years. And I had every right to be outraged! You can't just go around accusing people like that. She doesn't even know me! How stupid is that? So, Pizza Hut, what's it going to be? Do you sell pizza or just offend customers? Are you a business or a political front? Does this have to make the news or is she terminated? Who wants your pizza if it comes with a side of character assassination? I've already escalated this so the balls in your court.

I placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered at 3:32pm. I call the restaurant at 3:43 and the driver was just picking up my food. The person I was talking to there at the restaurant was very abrasive and flat out rude as though I was inconveniencing her asking her about my food. She offered no kind of compensation. So much for customer service. Do not suggest this location.
