  Today we ordered two sandwiches at 1:20 pm. We tipped 20 % for delivery and are still waiting for the order one hour and 30 min later. I called the store at the 45 min mark and they said they ran out of bread and it would be 10-15 more min. We are still waiting for our sandwiches 1 hr and 30 min later. So much for freaky fast delivery. The sad part is this was our first order in years because our last experience was almost an hour late. But we thought we’d give it another go. I’m speechless. There isn’t a restaurant in town that takes 1.5 hours to get your food let alone one that claims freaky fast delivery. And to top it all off after our 1.5 hour wait it was finally out for delivery and they have 4 stops to make and we were the 4th stop. You’d think you would try to get it to the customers that had even waiting the longest first. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Update. Still waiting for our sandwhichs now 1hr and 45 min later. Unbelieveable.

  I order a lulu sandwich which is turkey and bacon. I had a free sandwich from my rewards so I used it. Look at the difference from mine and there's. Maybe because it was free. The sandwich and jimmy John's are very good still my favorite. But maybe using the the rewards changes how they make the sandwich.

  Waited 40 minutes for our food! We got two 8 inch sandwiches, a pickle, and a cucumber salad, this is not something that should take 40 minutes, its ridiculous! Our sandwiches were made wrong I had asked for light mustard and the whole sandwich was swimming in it. The salad had barley any sauce at all and the pickle was supposed to be cut in quarters but was done so poorly that one of the slices was almost the whole half of the original pickle. I have never had a problem with Jimmy johns but this experience makes me not want to eat here again!

  Very friendly and attentive staff. Our sandwiches were huge with fresh ingredients. A lot for the money. Thank you!

  So great! Everything is fresh and I never have problems with slimy lettuce or green tomatoes at this location. The guy was also very nice about my order. Apparently jimmy John's is not making the Gyro Greek Pita wrap anymore and I didn't know that. They did still have ingredients to make it and was kind enough to let me know it's only while supplies last. Still great customer service as always. I just wish they would keep the good stuff.
