  So great! Everything is fresh and I never have problems with slimy lettuce or green tomatoes at this location. The guy was also very nice about my order. Apparently jimmy John's is not making the Gyro Greek Pita wrap anymore and I didn't know that. They did still have ingredients to make it and was kind enough to let me know it's only while supplies last. Still great customer service as always. I just wish they would keep the good stuff.

  Took over an hour for me to get my delivery and am the manager was willing to do was to give me rewards points. This is unacceptable and they will need to work hard to reclaim me as a customer.

  Special ordered a un-which, paid extra for additional protein to be added, among other extras. Received it with no changes made, called the store to have it replaced, proceeded to wait over an hour. Manager stated they ran out of bacon, causing the delay. Will never order from this store again.

  1 piece of turkey on my sandwhich. It happens every time so it's not a mistake it's just so cheap really. These companies are getting rediculous. I've just had enough
