Our pickup order had unfortunately been taken by someone else, but Winter handled the situation flawlessly. She immediately stepped in, sincerely apologized, and took swift action to have a fresh order remade without hesitation. Her professionalism, urgency, and genuine care completely turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great customer experience. On top of that, the food was outstanding—fresh, hot, and loaded with generous toppings. Everything was made perfectly and exceeded expectations.

I was in one day recently when it seemed there was only one person working and a lobby full of people and the staff member still took the time to ensure each and every one of us was attended to personally, showing the food to make sure it was correct, offered plates, etc. all with a genuine smile like they didn't have to rush back to take care of other orders coming in. I wish they had more staff to lighten the load, but I am glad I keep coming to this location and am never let disappointed. Keep up the great work!
