  Be wary when ordering delivery. They outsource to doordash. Those drivers are dumb and have a hard time reading the address. This is the second time I've ordered delivery and they deliver to wrong address so then I have to go look for my order. I called the store to reduce the tip and they said I have to contact doordash even though I did not use doordash to place my order. I contacted corporate and they are just as useless.

  They contract your order out to doordash for delivery. Unlike ordering direct from doordash, it is very difficult to get your money back when your food is stolen or misdelivered. These are typically picked up by the lowest rated drivers. Additionally, pizza hut charges $7 for delivery when ordering direct from DD is only $2 or free. I advise to never order delivery directly from a restaurant that contracts out to 3rd party delivery service. Carryout only or order from the delivery website for better customer service. You will never get your food or your money.

  Heather is incredibly kind and phenomenal! We had a whoopsie with our order that im pretty sure is my fault but she fixed it like a pro! Thank you Heather!!!!
