  Every time I’ve ordered from here I’m missing something I’ve paid for and there’s absolutely no help from customer service - so save your money and don’t order via the app from here because they either don’t read or they just enjoy charging for things you don’t get.

  Fantastic service. Was let down with a luncheon for 20 people. Went online, requested their buffet sandwiches to be delivered ASAP - 20 minutes later they had saved me. I was able to put on a good luncheon spread for those 20 people. Thank you Jimmy John and your staff.
