I already tried and you guys went “Ope you ordered through DoorDash so not us!” As if that somehow negates the fact that your restaurant is the one that made the food??? I am BEYOND unhappy. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered delivery from this location and they literally ignore what you order and put whatever they feel like instead. If you’re out of everything I want, THEN CANCEL THE ORDER. Why are you frankensteining together a bowl that I 100% am not going to eat? Even more annoying: I tried calling the store MULTIPLE TIMES. No one answers the phone so they can explain why they ignored everything you asked for. To add insult to injury, the bowl is only half full and it’s basically entirely sour cream and the absolutely disgusting cilantro lime sauce that I DIDN’T ORDER. Like do they do this to upset people?

It’s always they’re either out of certain sides or proteins. Management never seems to care and the cooks are usually never to been seen cooking. Especially knowing the fact that they’re going to be busy. It’s even worse when they try to pre close.

The first was out of all meats because grill was broken and said they were waiting for another store to bring it them some cooked! Pretty sure this is a violation of many health codes, when we arrived at this location, they were out of steak and proceeded to let our bowls sit with the other ingredients to get cold for 20 minutes while we waited. Had to tell them to remake once the steak was done. All the locations in this area are poorly managed, the young kids work in here, have no supervision or direction and need it. CHIPOTLE needs to step in and step it up!!!
