There was even cartilage in several pieces. Disgusting! Additionally, the staff seem to hate their jobs, which makes me concerned about food safety. I will never go back to this location.

- JJJoshJul 27, 20261.0I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Chipotle. I ordered a quesadilla to go, and when I got back to my truck I realized the cheese wasn't even melted. I went back inside, and as soon as I walked in, the employee who made my food, Jason, let out an exaggerated sigh and rolled his eyes. I explained that the quesadilla wasn't made properly and asked if it could be remade. Jason told me he had turned the press off an hour and a half before closing and that if he remade it, it would just come out the same. So I should just take that one.. I insisted it be remade Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue, he argued with me from across the restaurant, saying it was a waste of his time to remake my food because he had already shut the equipment down early. I told him that wasn't my responsibility as a paying customer and that I was willing to wait for it to be remade. When it was finally finished, he slammed the quesadilla on the counter and essentially threw it at me! The food being made incorrectly was frustrating, but mistakes happen. What made this experience unacceptable was Jason's attitude, the eye rolling, the arguing across the restaurant, admitting he shut equipment down long before closing, and the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle, and I hope management addresses it.

I can’t believe the business that is going on there and for chipotle being known as Fresh food, and with everything going on with the produce that is the most disgusting food I have seen in a long time I would never go back to that location again or for that matter ever go back to chipotle again as disgusting as this food looks
