I ordered a pick up order. When I walked in, I was well past the quoted time the app says it’s “promised” by. The cashier didn’t greet me and after standing to the side for several minutes to see if they’d call my name I approached the cashier and gave my name and said I was waiting on a pickup order. Without even consulting with her coworkers the cashier told me “it’ll be a couple of minutes.” At this point the folks that had arrived after me and ordered in person had already gotten their food. I decided to hop in line and gave the gal working the tortilla machine my name so she could start working on my order. She said “order aheads need to wait by the counter” as my ticket remained on the wall, untouched. I said, “I’d like for you to make it now since people who arrived after me have already gotten their food at this point.” She stared at me confused and then started making my food. The girl responsible for toppings then proceeded to give me half servings of everything and dump sour cream into my bowl. I’ve had this issue before with pickup orders and have no intentions of visiting this location again. I’ve worked customer service jobs before and have worked with order ahead systems. It’s not hard. The generic AI responses to reviews indicate that their management is out of touch with their establishment.

Won't be returning here. Service was so slow as the manager handed out free food to her girlfriend and family while I was on my lunch break

I know times are hard but you don’t have to rob customers like this. I ordered a burrito and saw them put less than half a serving fork of rice very little. And I usually get half chicken and half steak, they literally put 3 pieces of meat of both. That’s very sad and unfortunate. You’re charging me $15 for tiny scoops of rice and tiny pieces of meat. This is robbery.

Three Fifteen - A Chipotle Story I have loved Chipotle for a long time certainly for more than a decade. A few years back while travelling out-of-state on a job that took me about a year to complete, I ate at Chipotle almost every single day for lunch. I was feeling good, and bragged about being on the Chipotle diet. I think it's probably fair to say that I've spent hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars through the years at Chipotle. I called it may favorite fast food restaurant. Great food! Then we get an app where we can earn points to eat more delicious Chipotle food. I have used the app since I can remember, earning points, cashing point for meals, what a great partnership for a simple customer. For someone like me who eats a lot of Chipotle on my own and frequently uses Chipotle for my business meals, those points add up. Today was a cash-in rewards day! I was looking forward to a yummy Steak Bowl for lunch as my hard-earned reward. I arrived to my local Chipotle and walked through the line with head held high. I ordered my food and the friendly staff was happy to make it. I then got to the check out counter and triumphantly scanned my points (from my Chipotle phone app) and behold my "free" entre cost me $3.15. I laughed for a moment because I thought it was a mistake. Nope, the cashier said sorry, I guess it costs $3.15 for your "free" entre. I laughed again and looked at the next customer in line directly in the eyes. I was confused and startled all at the same time. O.K., I then put my credit card into the card reader for the last time at a Chipotle. It's kind of wild thinking that my free entree cost $3.15. Granted I looked at the receipt and I paid $2.95 for a tiny little dollop of guacamole (by tiny, I mean it looked like a tablespoon worth of the tasty green topping) plus $0.20 tax. That tiny morsel of avocado and spice was basically 25% of the total cost of that meal (the bowl cost $11.65). I'm sure the argument from the business would be such as "Guac is extra" or something along those lines. But the Guac was a part of the entree. Simple, easy. I will state that my final purchased meal with the Chipotle Corporation was tasty. Always was a good eat! It's kind of wild knowing that today, June 3rd 2026, after countless years of faithful representation, it was the last time I'll spend money with the Corporation of Chipotle. Good job Chipotle for getting that last $2.95 for my hard-earned "free" meal. I'm a consumer, and I like the things I like. Unfortunately, I do not enjoy being taken for granted in business dealings or in my personal life. So I herby bid the Company of Chipotle a fond farewell and wish you all the best of luck! Thank you for the great food after many years of satisfaction. Five stars! Think of my final Three Fifteen as a donation, not because of the food, or because of bad service, but because this was a blatant betrayal to my face. Godspeed, -RDT
