  We placed a delivery order early in the day and specifically scheduled it for 4:00 PM. The DoorDash driver picked it up at 3:45, then apparently drove to another location and sat there for about 20 minutes. Our food finally showed up around 4:20 — after sitting in a delivery vehicle for more than half an hour. What really earned the one-star review, though, was the restaurant’s response. While the driver wasn’t responding and we still had no food, I called the restaurant to find out what was happening and what options I had. The employee who answered basically told me, “I don’t know what to tell you. We don’t have any orders here. Contact DoorDash.” Great. Except when you order delivery through their app, there is no straightforward way to contact DoorDash about the order. So the restaurant takes the order, hands it off to a third party, and apparently considers anything that happens after that to be somebody else’s problem. The conversation got heated. And he said, "hope you get your food." I said “Really? f@$# you.” The employee responded “f@$# you” right back and hung up. I’m not pretending I was polite at that point, I wasn’t. But I’m also not the employee answering the phone for a national restaurant chain. If your customer service standard is “not our problem,” followed by swearing at the customer and hanging up, you have a much bigger problem than a late delivery. Late food. No accountability. No useful way to get help. And an employee willing to tell a customer to f' off. There are way too many places selling wings to ever bother ordering from Wingstop again.

  I ordered today from Wingstop - after a super long day i never expected this order to be the best one i ever received. Jennifer took her time and worked with me to make sure I received my correct order. Jennifer went completely out of her and made did everything she could to ensure i received my order which i ordered through Uber eats.. Jennifer is a beautiful young woman and I pray god bless her time with wingstop and for eternity abundantly and i pray wing-stop knows they have an absolute ANGEL working for them. Thank you so much Jennifer for your dedication and hard work today. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful human being. i gave this store 5 starts today. they deserve every single star. 10 stars for Jennifer. I will never go to another wingstop location as this is store you can trust to provide you with quality services and absolutely delicious food. thank you!

  Nothing but quick, yummy fresh crispy !! Food ! & everytime I go pick up my food. Super kind crew :) go try some ! Period!

  I got Cajun wings and fries food Tasted old, was covered with too much seasoning almost an edible to eat Same with the fries
