    As far as Taco Bell’s go, I’m happy to live near this one. Service is great and understanding of wait times or if they get something wrong. Quality of food is a notch ahead of most locations. The bean burrito is very consistent with good ratios of ingredients.

    ordered online for pickup, went inside, and there was no one at the register. Staff were absent, and even though there were a lot of customers waiting, no one could assist. When someone finally processed my order he just left it on the pickup counter in the kitchen. I waited about 10 minutes with no help, and I actually had to shout to get someone’s attention for my order. So by the time I got my food home it was soggy and cold.

    So I came to Taco Bell around 11:45 pm and ordered a few items. Everything was going fine until we left and noticed one of our items were missing so we went around and told Kevin M that our order was wrong and he replaced it. It was whatever so we went home and was about to eat to see he forget another item. So we checked the receipt and it showed a completely different item then what we ordered. I said my order completely clear but I understood it was a mistake so we went back and told him. Instantly he gave us this attitude even though I was being understanding and nice about it. He told us stop bullshitting him and how I confirmed the order on the screen even though it doesn't show the top of my our order. So he begrudgingly replaces our food item but when we drive off again it's the wrong order yet again. So now I'm getting annoyed that he's wasting our time, money and gas and that he's giving us attitude even though he's doing his job wrong. So we go back and I tell him he got it wrong again so he grabs the bag roughly and completely ignores us. Finally he gave us the right bag not saying one word as he handed it to us. I didn't appreciate his attitude. I would've been understanding the whole time if he wasn't being rude about HIM messing up our order multiple times. Btw this took like an hour to finally get our food we actually ordered.

    So sad…. There’s only two Taco Bell’s in Castle Rock and both are so bad it makes me so angry that the place I love for a late night snack, will be a place I now have to avoid because how terrible food and service these locations are. We been here so many times and we always think it’ll be different but it’s the same. The food is horrible, the line takes forever and the order we get is wrong literally every time. Today was the last straw, I was super excited because the mini taco salad came back for a limited time and the guy taking our order insisted they did not have it on their menu and charged us 2x for a cheesy gordita instead. My boyfriend told him to take it off and instead at the window he did not in fact remove it. We tried to tell the guy but he was still confused so we just left it. When we got home we did not even have the gorditas, it doesn’t cost much but really! We payed for something we didn’t even want and didn’t even get it anyways….Wild…Needless to say we will not be coming back to either Taco Bell’s and I’m so upset about this, especially since the owners seem to not even care about quality and customer service as all of these low reviews have not encouraged them to make a change.
