  Most Sonic Drive in restaurants are great. The one in Las Vegas New Mexico is not great.

  On Thursday August 19th at around 2:10pm. My friend and I went through the drive thru and we both ordered junior bacon cheeseburgers and other items. We paid for our food and as I come out of the parking lot, I open my sandwich and took a bite. I said wait, there’s no meat on my burger. , the same with my friends sandwich. What bothered me about everything is that when we got back to the drive thru window, there was shade thrown my way. Good customer service has gone down the toilet and customer satisfaction is no where to be found anymore. The young that remade our burgers did apologize, but no one else. I was made to feel like I had committed a crime. No lie.

  The app sucks and never works and then won’t honor to specials in the app that won’t work at the restaurant.
