They have one guy working the counter, register, making milkshakes, and taking orders, attempting to do it all at the same time. It should not take 20 to 30 minutes to grab a burger. This has been my experience multiple times now. Won't be back.

Refill fountain sodas are available. Now, the burger and fries were amazing! Really tasty, quality ingredients.
