- MMMichaelAug 6, 20261.0I’ve ordered from this location a handful of times over the last 6 years and so I have had multiple negative experiences. There were the times where the pizza arrived cold and not thoroughly baked. There was also the time where I had a call with a combative employee about the extra sauce cups they forgot to deliver. After that incident I avoided ordering from that location for years. Then on a random day I said to myself “Let’s order some Papa John’s”. Certainly they must’ve gotten their act together in the last few years. They ended up forgetting one of my drinks because they didn’t have anymore of that flavor… They couldn’t just replace it with another one? That was the final straw. I’m done with this location. Reading these reviews is vindicating.

They would remain on their phone for the entire time I was there. The two other employees working wouldn’t even speak to me, acknowledge me, or even make eye contact with me. It took 5-10 minutes for the initial employee on the phone to even ask for my name… They need to hire people that can actually interact with another human. Ridiculous.
