  I visit this location often as it is right outside my door. Missing items are pretty common for fast food, but this place makes missing items the norm. You will pay $11 for a meal and only get $5 worth of food EVERY TIME. I'm not kidding about every time, I come here often. Today I spent $12 on pretty much just a big empty bag

  Last time I ordered delivery they forgot half my order and barely refunded anything. Went today, and the app said they had a sandwich they didn't. They said they couldn't help me, so I am currently on hold to get my money back, and still haven't received my money back from their previous mess up. This owner needs a reality check, because this store is a mess. Don't go here unless you want to pay money for food you don't get

  I don't really go to MickeyD's these days, but man does the new design suck...It just feels sterile and lifeless. The main dining area is just a wood-paneled room with kiosks to order from, and a single register (no menu on the wall, so it's unclear how useful it would be in the event that the kiosks go down), and the occasional worker will pop out from the back to handle trash or other menial duties. Literally the only reason I chose to go here was for the play place...at least they haven't completed removed those from their floorplans. The kid had fun, and enjoyed the food...so there's that silver lining. I had a wildly disappointing coffee while they ran around and screamed with the other kids there.
