  Went here on 8/23/2026 and had our entire order messed up. Wrong breakfast sandwiches and missing items from the bag. I had already driven home so I called in and asked to talk to a manager. Sergio got on the phone and was so unprofessional I couldn’t believe it. He was very rude and said the mistake happened because they were busy, I explained to him that we were the only car in the drive-through that I don’t know how we got the items we did by mistake and were missing so many items. He preceded to start an argument with me over my question saying I could get back there and help them instead of complaining. Are you serious? What is with the staff at this location treating the customers to poorly? I get people are rude these days and no job is easy, but come on. Have a sense of professionalism and hospitality when dealing with food, especially an order that you messed up!

  I ordered DoorDash from the McDonald’s on Aloha St. Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from someone claiming to be from DoorDash, telling me that my order had been canceled. They then tried to get my credit card information. I contacted DoorDash customer service directly, and they told me the call was a scam and suggested that the information may have originated from the merchant. I can’t confirm where the scam originated, but I wanted to share my experience so others can be cautious. If you order DoorDash from this McDonald’s, be careful if you receive a call asking for your credit card or other payment information. Do not give out your information—contact DoorDash directly through the app instead.

  Everytime i go to this McDonalds for breakfast they forget stuff that i ordered. This has happened 3 times in a row. And when you tell them they give attitude like i did something wrong. They need to do better...

  Brennon and his manager, Johnathan, provided excellent customer service! They made sure my husband, our kids, and I had a great dine-in experience. They took the time to ensure our order was correct and that our family of six had all the sauces and everything else we needed. We really appreciated how attentive, friendly, and helpful they were throughout our visit. Thank you both for making our experience such a great one!

  I ended up having to wait for 30+ minutes to get a breakfast order. They didn't tell me about the wait, and it got frustrating. However, the employees DID do what they could to make it right, the manager was incredibly professional, and they offered my money back. No visit is perfect, anywhere, but they handled themselves professionally and made it right. So much so I didn't take my refund.
