- MCMattie Charlton4 days ago1.0A girl cant have a pregnancy craving a half hour before McDonalds closes because by the time her husband gets there 20 minutes before they are supposed to close you people are walking out the door. Open until 12 means you can come and get food until 12. Not stop serving at 11:30.
- GTGavin Thorne4 days ago1.0I understand that working in food service sucks, I used to do it for a year and hated it. But don’t advertise that your open until 12 and walk out the door at 11:40. Because at that point you probably quit serving at 11:20-11:30. It’s just annoying.

The lobby was closed nearly 20 minutes before the posted closing time because staff wanted to clean early instead of serving customers during their advertised hours. As someone with hearing loss, I may need additional assistance when ordering or communicating. Being told to “just use the drive-thru” is not an acceptable solution for everyone. Drive-thrus are not equally accessible for people with hearing disabilities or others who may need face-to-face communication and assistance. This honestly felt like one of the shadiest ADA-related experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. Accessibility should not be treated like an inconvenience, and customers with disabilities should not be pushed away because employees want to close early. If the lobby hours say it’s open until a certain time, customers should be able to rely on that. I hope management takes this seriously, improves staff training regarding ADA accessibility, and ensures the lobby remains open during posted business hours.
