  Really enjoyed my experience with this Jimmy John's. I called and was only 10 mins away and the sandwiches were almost done when I pulled up. Thanks again to the Sunday crew for making our lunch. The whole team loved it!!

  I'm giving 2 stars because I have had issues with this location before. After tonight I decided to finally write a review. I got there at 815 tonight. Ordered my usual #11 giant, which I special make with cucumbers, onion, and pickles. Those 3 ingredients are key to me. The girl who took my order told me that they were "out" of those 3 specific ingredients. Confused I asked why and she said because they're time stamped for a specific time. That I get. Ive worked a lot of fast food restaurants before. What I didn't get was why everything was all packed up and ready to close. They're open until 9. She even specifically said well we close in 40 minutes... 40 ... she was sweet and could tell I was frustrated. Tried compensating with extra toppings but I like what I like, and I won't apologize for that. So many places close and spend an hour cleaning and getting everything ready for the morning shift. There's no reason why I should've been told you were "out" of those ingredients. You just didn't wanna make the sale and open more... I won't be going back to this location again.

  Try the new roast beef & cheddar cheese with horse-radish- it is SO good! Toasted or not, you'll love it. My new fav!

  Absolutely disgusting with blasting vulgar music so loud we had trouble ordering. We arrived over an hour and 20 minutes prior to closing, the three employees looked ready to walk out and made it clear we were an inconvenience. They had put up the lettuce for an unwhich and said so, then changed it to “oh uh - maybe we’re out”. They did not put the avocado spread on I paid extra for, and forgot several other items. The music was blasting so loud we had trouble ordering - and it was the type of rap music dropping the F bomb every other word. Extremely vulgar for a sandwich shop. The store leader changed the trash bags out inside the dining area, then immediately went back to kitchen chores without washing his hands - given the open layout we had a full view. I wrote a note into corporate and was told the franchise owner would reach out, as this happened a week ago - but have not heard from them. Clearly this location is mismanaged and should be avoided at all cost.
