  #1 Have to amend my review. Waited a while before I ordered my usual and when it arrived, I checked for my soda. Was there. When I bit into my sandwich. There were raw onions in it. I always order 'no onions' removed them and finished my lunch. Checked my order and it said 'no onions' . I'm done. there are a lot of places in Castle Rock to buy a sub. #2 I had lunch delivered. Soda never arrived with my combo meal. Paid extra for a larger than normal one. They did bring my soda eventually.

  I guess when you order no onions and tomatoes it means extra to them. You call and they never answer. I do not recommend this place

  I ordered a single sandwich. I could make it at home and 30 seconds if I wanted to, but I really wanted To eat at Jimmy John’s in particular. I chose delivery, which in hindsight, was probably the worst mistake anyone could make in the history of the world. What would normally take roughly 10 minutes, took over an hour and a half. I’m not sure if the delivery driver just didn’t know where the gas pedal was, or maybe didn’t understand what “as soon as possible” as I requested meant. Now, this probably isn’t the fault of the restaurant because they partnered with Uber for the driver, But I highly recommend not going with delivery. Really disapointing
