  I ordered the #16 sandwich, and they forgot the bacon, which was disappointing. The staff was professional and friendly though, just perhaps a bit forgetful.

  would give zero stars if i could. no communication no sense of urgency everyone hates their job in there. was borderline about to curse everyone out. you would think y’all are tired of giving terrible customer service but here you go again. WILL GO TO ALLEN WAY JIMMY JOHNS FROM NOW ON DO NOT GO HERE.

  Ordered food from Kalya, she was very rude. As we walked in she was stocking chips in a line of customers way. A manager told her to do it later and she did not hide her frustration. I had not been to Jimmy John’s before and was ordering for a couple people too. She rushed my order, seemed to be yelling at me, and belittled me for not knowing the names of the sandwiches. I will not be going back.

  This jimmy johns made one of my pod mates late to my magic the gathering night. They were incredibly slow with their service and did not include his double protein

  I was gonna walk to this location to grab food but after seeing the enormous amounts of bad reviews and having a bad experience at a different JJ location that also had a 3.5 rating on Google I just was not willing to risk it. Do better, jimmy johns, other people like me are seeing these reviews and not saying anything but still deciding not to go. I’ll say something, not willing to risk the walk and the let down.
