  Most places provide opportunity to request spicy level - both kids Orange chicken and adults Mongolian beef ordered for delivery were so spicy they ended up in the trash uneaten - a $60 dinner wasted. Usually most places start out mild/no spice and the customer can request spicy level if they prefer it hotter - I generally eat spicy but this was ridiculous- certainly not child friendly More overpriced mediocracy that seems to plague Castle Rock service industry.

  Ordered 5 items for delivery, a hour and a half before closing time. Delivery was fast (~1/2 hr), and DoorDasher was great. Two items missing and one was incorrect. Called them; they said a manager would call back. Called them back 1/2 hr later bc we were afraid they would close, and they said they would write down our name and we could get the three items some other time. No refund or any other remedy offered. Food was mid. Veg was enormous and raw. It was like they had untrained cooks making up how to put together a dish from a list of vague ingredients (vegetables in tofu pad thai included raw broccoli, raw zucchini, raw mushroom quarter). Orange chicken was gristly and looked like they had straight up quartered a raw onion and tossed it in as an afterthought. Super bummed as we spent almost $100 on a dinner to celebrate a special occasion and the whole experience was buns.

  Ito always gets it right and the food is excellent. Friendliest and most courteous staff and servers. Never had a bad experience with dine in or take out.

  I know my husband has written a review before but I do really want to emphasize how wonderful the service here actually is. My husband recently got out of the hospital and I already knew I could get a reasonably priced and delicious lunch from Ito without breaking the bank, being left hungry or being upset with the quality. All of the servers here are phenomenal but I do want to specifically point out that Joe made our first interaction here amazing and Irene made my last interaction here a solid set in stone that my husband and I will always prefer to give our business to amazing businesses that always give out quality food with impeccable service. I very much prefer to cook at home usually but it's amazing to know that I have a place within 5 minutes of us that will always deliver the best service and quality that it can. Food in castle rock can be a little hit or miss - I'm from Aurora and I'm very used (and kind of spoiled) with the amount of options I had growing up regarding Asian food, but I've never been upset with anything I've ordered here. The employees here are eager to please and make sure you leave satisfied and in this day & age they go above & beyond with their customer service. Ito 100% deserves your business. Please give our local spots a chance. These are real people with real hearts that want to make an impact in our community. I love the love and care I can feel every time I come in. Please give them a chance and let them know if there's anything you're unsatisfied with - I promise they will try to make it right. 🫶🏻
