It’s a 20 minute drive each way and they advised they wouldn’t comp our order although now the whole family had to wait to eat and/or let the food get cold. I requested they make the delivery of the incorrect order since I had already driven there and back once and this is now taking over an hour of my time just for driving due to their mistake. Extremely frustrating and disappointing with the lack of customer service and care they provide to the people they serve and issues that may come about. They advised they would have the manager call me later on when they get in so we will see if that even happens
