The Soda machines are also very unique with dozens of choices at your fingertips. If you gave 5 Guys a fair and honest try I believe they would win in most cases.

I ended up waiting a full 30 minutes just for a single cheeseburger, which is completely unacceptable for a fast-casual establishment. It’s becoming increasingly clear that this brand is on the decline. The lack of care for the customer experience is evident, and the quality of service from the staff was severely lacking. It’s no surprise to see reports of the company struggling financially, with some locations closing and others seeing significant drops in profit this year; based on this visit, it’s easy to see why. When you’re charging premium prices for "fast" food, you expect at least a baseline level of efficiency and basic competency. Instead, it feels like this location is running on autopilot with no oversight. Whoever is responsible for managing this establishment should be truly embarrassed by the state of the operation. I won’t be returning, and I’d suggest others look elsewhere if they want a meal that doesn’t come with a side of misery.

For over $30, we received Cajun fries that were soggy, under-seasoned, and already falling apart by the time we opened the bag. Honestly, they tasted old/reheated. Straight out gross. My cheeseburger arrived with only ketchup despite ordering multiple toppings, and the bun was so soggy that the entire burger collapsed. It was not edible. My boyfriend’s burger was similarly poor in quality, also soggy, poorly assembled, and missing the toppings he ordered. Given the price point and the reputation of this chain, the quality we received was unacceptable. The food went straight into the trash.This was my first visit, and it will be my last.
