    We are frequent visitors to this Dutch Bros but the speed of service is the worst around. We waited over 25 minutes at the pick up window inside for our order. I think we would've waited longer had we not asked them about it. There were several people waiting inside as well who were experiencing the same issue, asking to cancel their orders. We were told you had to cancel on the app but we didnt see a way to do that so we continued to wait. To add to the frustration, a couple girls came in a bit after us whose boyfriend worked there, and he made their orders right away and sat around with them for a bit. There were only 1or 2 people who seemed to actually be working. If this is going to be the common experience at this location, which it seems to be, one suggestion is to not allow mobile orders to be submitted when they are short staffed, and also to have management around to ensure people are working. My wife loves this place - as for me, not so much.

    Dutch Bros customer for life… this location needs some dire improvement. Went here and ordered the same thing I always do at Dutch Bros. Only this time my total was much higher than it normally was for the same drink. Like several dollars higher. Come to find out the barista cashier gal tipped herself on my behalf. Maybe it was my bad for walking in and not using the app. I would have tipped either way, but wasn’t looking to tip that much on the poor service I received that day. That is not cool to do to customers. Let them decide whether your service provided is worth a tip. The cashiers dismissive attitude and lack of desire to take my one drink order was a total turn off, I was the only one in there at the time, it wasn’t busy at all. Hands down worst Dutch Bros experience to this point. It was strange and very off putting.

    The lemonade was really good, the guy at the front was super chill and friendly. He had a mustache. I don’t know his name, but whoever he is he deserves a shout out because he made my day better and sweeter!
