While taking my order, she was rude, laughed at me, and even pointed me out to her coworkers, encouraging them to look over. I do not expect or accept this kind of behavior from anyone providing customer service. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, and this experience was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
- SSSaraJun 7, 20261.0Poorly staffed. Recently everytime I order ahead, I have to wait minimum 15 minutes before I even get my drink. Today i placed an order at 4:15 to pick up at 4:30, thinking that that is enough time. I arrive and am told it’s still being worked on. I then watch as 5 people come up to the pickup window to order and they get their drink before mine. I didn’t receive my drink until 4:50. It’s a hassle to order from this location because they are always short staffed and the wait times are getting ridiculous.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
