Drinks are amazing!!! But what is going with the service and management here!! It’s Ridiculous people have to wait a good 30 to 40 in the drive through and theirs only maybe 12 cars, whats going on!! I’ve been coming here since it opened here in castlerock!!! Hire the hustlers not the ones repeating orders 4 times in a row to each vehicle come on.

25 minutes in line for one coffee is ridiculous.

Terrible experience like beyond bad. Got there and the line was crazy, was prepared to wait a while bc whatever. It actually takes like an hour to get to the front despite the fact that we did a mobile order. We wait in the line, finally get to the front and the drinks seriously look like they waited the entire hour, and the pumpkin cold brew we ordered was dark brown with chunks of cold foam. It was a drink I’d never seen it despite having ordered one of those multiple times before. I asked what was up because it looked straight up wrong and the guy at the front was very rude/condescending saying well I didn’t make that so idk what to tell you. 😭 then he proceeds to remake it THE SAME COLOR WITH NO CREAM. And this is like the third time this location has been slammed, slow, understaffed, and making drinks just wrong. I know it’s because castle rock doesn’t have another location but that was crazy. If I say the drink doesn’t look good why would you remake it the same way twice?
