It was a simple gesture but he showed great care and that made our day. Thank you Andy, we appreciate you and your team!

The blonde girl working up front was one of the most efficient workers I’ve seen. She had great customer service and kept everything moving smoothly. Overall, such a pleasant experience, reasonable prices for the family never fail to impress, and I’ll definitely be back!

Now i know why lot of people complaint about it, trying my best to not make a scene but somebody should so they can make the news. This location didn't follow the standard portion of chipotle. Wait till someone call the CDPHE health department at this location, good luck.

What I mean by that is I asked for a specialty custom burrito and he was so happy to oblige and just like the kindest nice person ever with everything that I could’ve asked for. I got the most amazing giant burrito in the world and everyone there that works there super nice. Lucas definitely knows what he’s doing when it comes to customer service and I witnessed him with other customers after me while I was paying. This guy made the experience and as all food service goes on top of wonderful food and good quality food. It really does come down to the customer service that the team provides, and Lucas totally delivered.

From the first person on the line, to the last, and the manager. We come here frequently and have never had service like this. Everyone was short and abrupt with us “what else?!” “Is that all??” No smiles, practically throwing the food in the bowls to the point the food would bounce out, almost throwing the bowls to the next person, part of my daughters bowl spilling out when pushed to the last person. They asked if it was for here or to go and a to go top was thrown on the counter next to my bowl and the guy looked at me like I was suppose to put the cover on myself, he put the cover on the next two after mine first then took my bowl back and put my cover on. The lady at the register asked if we wanted anything else and I asked for a small bag of chips, she didn’t get it but rung it in for me to pay for it. I then asked for a bag to put our to go items in and she basically threw that at us too for us to put our own items in and then I asked for the bag of chips again. We’ve been told by my daughters dance team that this location has been happy to provide meals for the team in the past so my daughter asked for the manager to ask if they would donate meals for the team this year (it’s been a few years since they donated) and the lady at the register said it was her and him and waved at another guy and walked away. The guy didn’t acknowledge us so my daughter said excuse me to get his attention, he barely gave her a glance. She started to say I’m with the Douglas County dance team and he said NO I’m sorry NO I’m NOT interested, cutting her off before she could even ask her question. And not like I could ask for a manager after that interaction since we had poor experiences from BOTH people they said were managers. So we left and went home to eat our meals. My chicken was mostly chewy fat pieces and the chips were completely stale I threw them away. What a waste of money and time today. Definitely don’t want to do business with this location ever again. Highly disappointed.
