Showed up a couple minutes early & let them know we were here, they said just a couple minutes to finish things up. Didn’t get our food until 5:35. I don’t think they even started it until we walked in. Didn’t apologize or anything.

I visited the chipotle in Castlerock around 4 o’clock this afternoon. The entire staff was amazing. They were kind impatient while I looked through my phone making sure I got everyone’s order correctly and the guy that was helping me told me multiple times not to worry and that I didn’t need to rush. Every person that was prepping, my food was honestly happy and seemed like they enjoyed their job.
