Crunchy uncooked rice, way over salted. I’d avoid this location. Legit the worst chipotle I’ve had in years. The store was not set up and ready when they opened . Judging from the other reviews, this is a consistent theme. Don’t waste your money here disgusting inedible food.

Came in for lunch today at 11:15am to pickup a group order for work. There were 20 customers standing around waiting, the place was dead-silent, and no staff were working the line. It felt so weird from the get go. I walked over to the mobile order pickup area and you cross paths with the soda machine to get there. It wasn’t yet put together, so people who bought drinks were inadvertently spraying soda syrup and water all over the floor. 4 napkins were thrown on top of the large spill. There were no orders waiting on the mobile pickup rack, and the shelves were filthy dirty. Every guest seemed visibly agitated. Two staff were at the register trying to figure something out. A kitchen person emerged from the back with a togo bag. “David” she said, and a man snatched the bag from her hands and stormed off rambling about 20 minutes something something. The front staff figured out whatever with the register; rang up the guy who was waiting, and rang up the next person, both of whom they sold a soda to. Seems silly to have done that since the soda machine is a disaster situation. The line was getting very long by now. The kitchen person emerged again with another order from the back and handed it off. No one has acknowledged me to this point. I find a chance to interject on the cashier to ask if I should stand in line to pickup. She said no, and that was it. I waited longer still and the kitchen person came out again and finally asked what I needed. I gave her my name and she went behind the register and retrieved my order which was just sitting on the counter. If it were ready, why not put it on the mobile order shelves? Anyway, food was meh. My salad had 10 lettuce pieces and the steak was raw. The corn salsa was inedibly salty. The salsa/pico was beginning to ferment. The fajita veg cuts were huge are hard to eat. And the 3 tacos meal came in a thin foil sheet, not a box. Overall, I would not go back and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Only gave 4 stars for this visit because it was messy, tables had food on them, missing seat at tall table top. Just not cleaned.

Less than 3 stars? After eating here twice, I’m shocked it’s even that high. This was my SECOND order from Chipotle through DoorDash because I wanted to believe the first experience was just a bad day. I was specifically trying to find a healthier option to eat while working on my health. Big mistake. The first order was a burrito bowl that looked like somebody stomped on it before sealing the lid. It was watery, sloppy, thrown together with zero effort, and honestly looked like something scraped out of a drain pipe. Today I tried again and ordered the salad. What arrived was one of the most disgusting meals I’ve ever paid money for in my life. It looked like literal diarrhea dumped into a plastic container. Brown sludge, soggy lettuce, leaking liquid everywhere, ingredients smashed together into a cold paste. There was no freshness, no presentation, no care, no pride — just a revolting pile of mush that killed my appetite instantly. I sat there staring at it wondering how any employee could package that, look at it, and still think “yeah, send it out.” And of course, trying to contact the store was a complete joke. Nobody answers the phone. No accountability. No customer service. Nothing. What makes this worse is that I genuinely wanted this place to work because healthy options on DoorDash are limited. Instead I paid premium prices for food that looked like biohazard waste. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve seen better-looking food in hospital cafeterias and airport vending machines. Absolutely disgusting.
