  I love cava and have came to this location pretty often. everyone is super nice. they do tend to run out of stuff the later you go, so i would recommend checking!! the food always tastes here and they're not stingy at all with portions. honestly the only complaint is my avocado portion and the freshness of it. But seriously love cava and this place is always super clean and tastes great!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at CAVA in Castle Rock, and I especially want to recognize Matt, one of the managers. He provides outstanding customer service and carries himself with a level of professionalism that you don’t always see. The food was absolutely fantastic — everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared really well. You can tell there’s a lot of care that goes into the quality of the food, and the whole experience makes CAVA stand out from other places. Whether you’re grabbing a quick meal or sitting down to enjoy it, the food definitely keeps you wanting to come back. What really made my experience even better was Matt. He is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He makes sure customers are taken care of while also doing a great job leading the team and keeping everything running smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the experience people have when they walk through the door. It’s employees and managers like Matt who make a restaurant feel welcoming and make customers want to return. CAVA is fortunate to have someone who represents the company so well. If management sees this review, I hope they know what a valuable member of the team they have in Matt. Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  allie that was the line cook lastnight 9/15 is so rude. we went in around 7:50/8 & didnt get one smile, no eye contact she was being super unwelcoming & finally was using some little bit of manners towards the end of cashing me & my boyfriend out. then he went up to grab some pita chips for me & said he asked if they have some & she said uhm yes & he was like okay.. can i get some?? & she was told him uhm i guess. like im sorry are we inconveniencing you at the job YOU choose to work & close at? so rude. im just glad it wasnt me she said that to. other than that the older woman that was greeting & helping w online orders was nice but believe i worked in the food industry for 7 years & never treated people like that. get

  Food is decent quality, although it still feels really expensive for what you get. The steak is pricey and often has some bad pieces that are ultra chewy and kill your appetite for another bite. The falafel is really cilantro-y, but solid. Chicken is the most reliable protein. The best part of the meal is the various sauces and the fountain drink options, which is disappointing when you're spending $60 on takeout for a family of 4.

  I’ve been coming to CAVA for years and have continued coming even as the prices have gone up, but the portions lately are getting out of control. I paid $25 for a bowl that wasn’t even half full—honestly, it was closer to a third full—a side of falafel with only four small pieces, and a drink. For that price, the portion was pretty ridiculous. There was a long line, which I completely understand and don’t mind waiting for. However, when it was finally my turn to order, the first employee helping me was clearly overwhelmed and seemed frustrated that I took a little time to place my order. I understand it’s a stressful, fast-paced environment, but I’d rather wait a little longer and not feel rushed through my order. Especially with the prices being what they are, I would at least expect good service and reasonable portions. I’ve enjoyed CAVA for years, so hopefully these were just a couple of bad visits and not the new standard.
