  Rice in chicken and rice bowl was hard, asked them to remake it with fresh rice. They refused and only offered a side of rice. Since the rice is mixed in with my food and I don’t want to chip a tooth I just had to toss the food and issue a chargeback. Shame because I used to love this place. Thankfully the Mad Greens in this complex is good. Also, why are the tables and seats at every CAVA sticky?

  I ordered for drive thru pick up and arrived right on time. I was told it would be another 4 minutes or so. Then no one ever came back!!! I watched them making food for probably a few dozen people over the course of TWENTY MINUTES. Several people were behind me in line and were very upset. They were trying to navigate backing out of the drive thru and one customer got out of her car in the drive thru and went inside the restaurant. I had to CALL the restaurant to get someone to come help me at the window. Many people walked right by, including the man to said it would be 4 more minutes originally, yet no one thought it was weird a customer was sitting in the drive thru forever and not being helped, all the while I was trying to wave them down?! Come to find out, my food (salmon salad) had been sitting there for the entire 20 minutes I was waiting. Luckily, when I called, I spoke to Jay on the phone and he remade my salad and made things right, but that was just absolutely ridiculous customer service by those working the counter and drive thru. Jay was great and extremely professional! Thank you! Everyone else should take notes. On the upside, the salad was amazing!

  My first time at a CAVA restaurant today for lunch. I am lucky that I was served by this amazing staff member named Franklin as he took extra good care of me. I had an issue with my meal as I didnt realize that what I ordered was super spicy hot and I can not eat spicy food. I was struggling to eat (what I ordered), and he noticed. Which surprised me. He made things enjoyable for me and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Its staff like that that make a place worth returning too. I felt like he cared about me as a customer. The food was delicious! The tables were all dirty though when I went to get a seat but I managed to find one clean one.

  I love CAVA; fresh alternatives and the food is always tasty. However this location in particular misses the mark when it comes to ordering. I come here multiple times a year it is a regular stop for me… the staff is very kind but tends to get confused easily. For example today my son was given the spicy chicken when I asked for the regular chicken. The last time they told my wife she couldn’t have rice and lettuce. I don’t like leaving bad reviews without constructive suggestions so maybe some additional training?

  I visited on April 30th around 6:30 PM and had a pretty disappointing experience. I waited over 30 minutes for a single bowl that had already been pre-ordered, which was frustrating on its own. What concerned me more, though, was something I witnessed while waiting. An employee named Zeke took a pita chip from a bin on the counter while his back was turned, took a bite, and then dropped it back into the same bin. A few moments later, after filling a customer’s order of chips, he removed that same chip and threw it away. This raised serious concerns for me about the sanitation practices being followed. Because of both the long wait and what I saw, I won’t be coming back. If that’s how food is handled in plain view, it makes me uneasy about what might be happening behind the scenes.
