  Our first but definitely NOT our last time here! The atmosphere (loved the green ceiling and all the plants), the friendliness of the staff, and the food - the food was fantastic, from the chips & salsa - you have to try their salsas - to the entrees and dessert. I had "The Lawsuit", my husband had the enchilada and we had enough to bring home for another dinner. Our waitress asked if we wanted to try THE best Key Lime pie...most of them at other places are too lemony. This was PERFECT! Can't wait to go back!

  This restaurant is an absolute gem! Amber is absolute kick-butt!! She clearly pours her heart into every detail, and it shows. The service was hands-down the best I’ve ever had attentive, warm, and perfectly timed. The food was incredible, every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming and vibrant, making you want to stay and enjoy every second. The entire team was so genuinely friendly and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. I loved every single moment I spent there — the great conversation, the amazing food, and the fantastic vibe. It’s the kind of place where you happily spend your time and money because it’s worth every penny and then some. If you’re looking for outstanding food, top-tier service, and a wonderful atmosphere, stop everything and go here. Amber and her team have created something truly special. I can’t wait to go back — this place is now one of my favorites!

  The atmosphere is very cute and chic! Drinks leaned on the sweet side. Entree's were very good! The salsa day of was not as flavorful. But the day after has the flavor developed way more!

  This has to be one of the most underrated restaurants in Castle Rock. Please don't let the bad reviews keep you from trying this gem. The food is some of the best we have ever had. This is not your typical sloppy Mexican food. This is all day, thought out, and perfectly balanced food you would get if you had a sweet abuela that wanted to show you how much she loved you! The prices are more than fair if not under what you get in quality! No joke. We had the salsa flight and every salsa was unique, savory, full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. We ordered the Quesabirria tacos and the Lawsuit with carnitas and a side of borracho beans. Again, everything was perfection. Key Lime pie was one of the best and most balanced I've had. Anyone complaining about prices and serving sizes has been too conditioned by the American chain restaurants. You don't get mass servings and a bunch of filler sides and that's EXACTLY what I want if the quality and quanity of food is what Bien Y Tu is serving. The serving sizes were perfect. We left full but not over filled. It was also great to leave a restaurant not feeling sodium overload. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  We went here to celebrate my friend’s birthday with her family and me. The atmosphere was great, we sat out on the patio. The food and drinks were delicious, but it did take a while to get them and the entrees did not come out at the same time. The service on the other hand was a major let down. Our server, Tayler, acted irritated with us right off the back. She never introduced herself or said hello when we sat down. We were clearly dressed up, had gifts sitting on the table, and told the hostess we were celebrating a birthday, and she still neglected to acknowledge or even ask if we were celebrating anything. When we said we were indecisive about what to order, instead of offering suggestions or asking if we had questions she acted annoyed and repeatedly asked if she should just leave and come back later (the restaurant was by no means busy). Once we did order, half of our entrees had come out and she came by to ask how everything was, did not wait for us to respond to say we were waiting for the rest of the food, and just said great and quickly walked away. One of the times when she came to check on us, she yelled at us from a table across the patio and we did not even realize she was talking to us at first. One of our party then went to the host to inquire about if they did anything for birthdays (sing, candle, free dessert?) and she said that they had candles but did not offer to get one for our table or talk to our server. Before we had even finished eating our entrees, she came by, asked how everything was, didn’t wait for us to respond again, and said she would bring the check and walked away before we could get one word out, so we never even had to chance to order more drinks or get dessert. Cool restaurant and would be willing to try again, but hoping for a different service experience.
