  Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I was the 2nd car. The sandwiches were not good. My sandwich hardly had any meat, the bun was hard. My husband had the beef and cheddar which hardly had any cheese on them. His bun was also hard. Asked for Arby's sauce and he only gave us 1 packet.

  Just had food delivered from door dash. Tons of missing items and clearly tampered with. Handfulls of hair in the food as well. Have contacted legal council. Very weird. Do not order from here. Several pictures on hand. Assuming someone was having a bad night and took it out on our order. Odd.

  Better than expected. It was clear the team was struggling when I walked in but I was surprised that despite the challenges the staff were super nice and upbeat. The food was well made and fresh. Overall a solid experience and a reminder to always be kind to your staff as they make the experience.

  The checkout line was very slow but they were kind. It just took a long time. The food was good as well but could have been a better experience if it didn't take so long.
