This is the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Walked in, they tried to turn us away saying they had no French bread made and it would be 30 minutes before it’s ready. We decided to get the slim bread instead. An employee sitting right behind the register eating, another employee wearing shorts so short her butt was hanging out of them. It was gross. They complained about taking an online order out to the persons car who paid for their food. Lazy! They took the phone off the hook because they were tired of answering the phone. We heard and watched them do all of this! The men’s bathroom was blocked off. Couldn’t use the restroom. We live in this town and time and time again this place is a let down. Not fast and very poor service. We are never coming back. Please franchise owner do something about this one.

Edited again to add that it took 5 days to get the general manager on the phone and when i finally did he was very rude, interrupted me and basically told me i wasnt even a customer to him. Which is crazy considering my family has probably spent a few hundred dollars there this year alone. Never again will i spend my money here and you shouldnt either! Edit to add that its been 4 days and I still havent gotten my refund. Reached out to the store twice was told the GM wasnt there and that he was the only one with the ability to view older orders. Left my name and phone number twice for him. No phone call. Not only did i recieve no food snd get horrible customer service, now still no refund...
I put an order in for a sub at 9:58 pm 3/28. Honestly, i didnt realize the time and that they closed in 2 minutes or i would have never ordered it. I just got out of work and was looking for a quick easy meal. Even so, i got my order in before the 10pm closing time. I never recieved my order. When i showed up to pick my order up i arrived at 10 pm. I pulled into the drive thru and didnt get an answer from the machine for 2 or 3 minutes, and so i pulled around to the window. The young lady who was working, was obviously closing the sub building station and intentionally ignored me several times at the window even when i knocked. She shook her head back and forth while loudly saying that it was 10 pm.she was very rude and continued to itnore me and when i knocked 3 or 4 more times she loudly stated something that wasnt quite as intelligible through the closed window, however her face held a scowl and she pointed to her wrist several times as if signalling that the store was closed and refusing to even talk to me. I work in the hospitality/food and beverage industry. I could never imagine myself or another one of my coworker giving this kind of service to anybody. Honestly, if she would have opened the window and politely told me they were closed and instructed me how to get a refund i would have completely understood. The absolute disrespect and mistreatment of a paying customer is astonishing. Steer clear of jimmy johns in canon city unless you're looking for mid tier food with worse than bottom of the barrel customer service.
