  3 strikes your out! I didn't want to leave negative feedback after our first 1st. We just got off a plane and we're coming home and wanted something fast. The new app was horrible you could not make modifications. We ordered a new box deal that came with cheesesticks and got home to realize they gave us no marinara and the peach cobbler was dried out overcooked withnothing in the middle. I ordered 2 pops and asked at window for NO ICE and both had ice. Strike one, accidents happen. 2 days later I had to work a double a work and didn't have time to make dinner hubby said just swing into Arby's and we will try it again. I ordered jalapeño poppers they threw a bunch in the bottom of the bag and a few in the popper box and then stuck the bronco berry sauce in the moddle of them and stuck more poppers on top of them. That was not sanitary at all. I asked the girl before looking in my bag about marina for the box deal and she said they are supposed to ask. Go figure they didn't ask and again this order didn't have it. Then I looked in the popper bag and the bottom of the bag was greasy and I seen 2 poppers under the popper box smasged looking intentional and handed it right back to her. She apologized and aaid ahe couldnt take.it back but would make new ones and went back in the store to make more. I donated the dollar for the fundraiser and received a free coupon for a slider. Strike 3 I ordered the slider a few days later and it didn't even come with dressing on it. I did the surveys and stated I WANTED a CALL BACK. It has been a week no calls. Hard to believe they even have a 3 rating at this point. If the service is this bad I can only imagine if they get inspected. Don't waste your money or time at the Arby's in downtown Canon City. If I could give a negative review for all the money and gas I wasted I would.

  Typical fast food. It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We're very nice when we asked for more tatar sauce for the dry fish sandwich

  The service was friendly enough. But it took 30 minutes or more to get two 8 bucks meals. They didn't say anything about taking a little while or anything. I understand food and how things can get but a quick hey sorry we have a few orders ahead of yours... Idk the food was ok.
