  Driving through on I70. Didn't want fast food. Ordered pizza online to be ready in 15 minutes while on the interstate. Stopped got gas and drove through drive through at Pizza Hut. Hot, good Pizza Hut pizza as usual. Good value and was faster than going through fast food restaurant.

  Writing this review while I’m sitting in the parking lot for 30 min while we wait. We checked our order status and it said our orders were ready. We were told to pull forward in the drive thru and that they would be right out. It’s now been 30 min and they came out to tell us they didn’t know what was going on with our order and that she was going to check on it. Multiple times she said she didn’t know what the status was and would check. Finally after pushing multiple times and saying we couldn’t just continue to sit and wait for more “I’m not sure” and being told she couldn’t even see our orders anymore because they were marked as complete, she went in and had them out to us almost immediately. These weren’t crazy orders either. One was a tiny personal pan pizza with pepperoni and the other was two box meals. My order was placed at 7:26, said it was ready at 7:35, and we just left the parking lot at 7:58. Absolutely ridiculous wait for such minor orders. 0/10, do not recommend this location.

  Wow! We showed up 1 1/2 hours before closing. We walked up to the restaurant where the lit open sign — and the website saying Open til 10pm - gave us the idea that we could have dinner. Doors locked. One employee was putting stuff in his truck and when I asked if they were open til 10, he said yes. Then he went back inside, I thought to let us in. But they came to a drive through window and said they’d take our order but, because they are short staffed, they wouldn’t let us in. This is wrong and ridiculous in so many ways. 2 people couldn’t take our order? Is this Pizza Hut doing so well that they would rather turn down business than let us in to eat? Disappointed. Pizza huts back home treat customers a lot better and they take their business more seriously! Sad.

  This is the seconded time this has happened to me. I ordered a few pizzas. When I got there they informed me they were out of the thin crust so couldn't make that pizza. Not much of a problem aside from finding out when I got there. I understand running out of things but I gave my number and a quick call to let me know I would've been fine and switch pizzas. I didn't want to wait around while another one was made. Customer service isn't all that great.

  Very disappointed. Ordered Pizza about two weeks ago. I literally had to drive 4 times because they couldn't complete my order first. They gave it to somebody else, then they told us to come back in 15 minutes. Went back and it wasn't ready. Told us another 15 more minutes when back waited longer. Because it wasn't ready once we got home. We were missing are cheesesteaks called them and they said yes, they're sitting right here. So we had to drive back. Once again ordered Pizza today, literally an hour to get our order told us we could not get a refund told us. They didn't have enough pasta to make 2 orders. How to wait another thirty minutes for our wings?Guy in front of us was waiting two hours for one pizza ... never again. Am I ordering from Pizza here again?
