SUPER FAST SERVICE AND CLEAN.
★☆☆☆☆
We ordered ahead through the Taco Bell app, thinking it would make things easier, but they still got our order wrong. We ordered two beef chalupas with no tomatoes, but received chicken with tomatoes instead. We took it back to have it fixed, and they made it wrong again—still chicken and tomatoes. By the third attempt, we stood there and watched them make it just to make sure it was finally correct.
While we were waiting, I watched an employee accidentally drop someone's food on the floor. He told the other employees what happened, and another employee working on the food line laughed and said she didn't care. From what I witnessed, that food was still bagged up for the customer. That was honestly more concerning than our order being wrong.
I do want to recognize the young lady working the drive-thru/window around 2:45–3:00 PM. She was incredibly kind, professional, genuinely apologetic, and did everything she could to make things right. She deserves 5 stars and should be recognized because none of this seemed to be her fault.
It also looked like there were several other customers dealing with order issues while we were waiting. The employee working the drive-thru/window was the only one apologizing, answering questions, and trying to help everyone. During that time, the manager came out of the back, spent time updating a board, and then walked around, but from what we observed never spoke to the waiting customers or stepped in to help the employee who was handling all the complaints. Maybe there was more going on behind the scenes that we couldn't see, but from a customer's perspective, it looked like one employee was left to carry the entire situation on her own.
Unfortunately, between getting our order wrong twice (technically 3x bc they kept putting tomatoes on them when asked not to) and what we witnessed in the kitchen, this was a very disappointing experience. Management really needs to address both food safety and order accuracy.
This location is very iffy when it comes to if you'll get good quality food, good service, and a correct order. Sometimes it's fresh and perfect, other times its stale and incorrect order. They seem to struggle with large orders and late night orders. One time I ordered a taco party pack and 8 bean burritos and the burritos had almost no bean in them. The other night I ordered two combos and the new strawberry cinnabon delights and the cinnabon delights were cold and stale. The combos I only received the burrito and chips for both orders, not the tacos or the drinks (I paid extra for a large). I had ordered delivery so *maybe* it's the drivers fault I didn't receive my drinks but the bag was taped shut so I can't blame the driver for the missing tacos. I reached out to taco bell about the empty burritos a while ago and reach out about the half complete order a few days ago and haven't heard back so figured I post here. It's pretty annoying they took my money for the combos and charged me extra for the large AND didn't even give it to me anyways .. it's not a combo if all I get is a col, stale, beefy five with chips. Moneys pretty tight nowadays so it's theft to repeatedly charge me for stuff I don't get and also not atleast refund.
Wow, this Taco Bell has always been hit or miss. I don’t know what happened tonight, but after my own work shift I decided to stop by at 11:30pm for ONE bean burrito and ONE chicken cantina taco. There was an altercation with another upset customer who was screaming he wanted money back (red flag number one) I got to the order screen, ordered—the employee told me okay but it will be awhile, no time reference, my bad for not asking how long (red flag number two). I proceeded…they took my money said it will be ready in a bit—I waited 30 MINUTES sitting in the drive thru. Definitely learned my lesson. I know there were other customers who had waited even longer…
Unsure if it was because of the miscommunication, lack of customer service, they couldn’t keep up with mobile app orders…but top worst experience I’ve had at a fast food joint—which my expectations weren’t high to begin with.
At least my order was correct (which can be rare).
