- MMMatt Walker (mattwalkereats)4 days ago1.0I genuinely don’t like to leave a bad review. I’ve been coming here at least once a month for the last year and it’s time to move on. This place is always dirty. Like not a little bit. Trash on most tables, the trash can itself is nasty on top, drink area littered with trash. And let’s talk about the smell. I used to think maybe it was a one-off smell that day. The dining room smells like sewage. All the time, every time. The food is ok, and I know it’ll be hit or miss because it fast food. I’ve had some sloppy items thrown together in a bag. The time it takes to get an order is also crazy. I don’t order in store any more, I order ahead. Because sometimes even ordering ahead I still have to wait for my order. I’ve spent 30 minutes waiting after ordering inside. The staff seems checked out. I tend to wait and stare at anyone who might look to the front any time I’m waiting to pickup. Someone will finally come help. This place needs an overhaul. Of staff, building, all of it. It is unfortunate because this location is right by my work, but I’ll start making the drive to Broomfield for lunch instead.

Even though it was weird multiple people are listening in on drive thru orders. The person actually working drive thru was a rude jerk. I talked down to me like I was an idiot. I won’t be returning, or going inside for my order, because the last time I walked in, it smelled like raw sewage.
