if you click the button at the walk-up boards, staff will “pick up” and immediately turn it off. i did this THREE separate times today, each to be picked up and ended immediately. some woman came out screaming “MA’AM WE WILL GET TO YOU SOON”.
1. who talks to anyone like that 😭 2. say something on the intercom???
this is the second time the button thing has happened and the first time someone actually yelled. otherwise, drinks are always half melted if you order thru the app
eta: i’m not coming back 😭 your employee yelled at me for something SHE did. train your staff better. GET MORE STAFF. the atmosphere has always been anything BUT pleasant
Ordered online on May 10, 2026. Was supposed to be 2 bacon burritos, 1 supersonic breakfast burrito with no jalapenos (because the canned ones suck), and a jr bacon cheeseburger. Got a jr bacon *burrito* instead of the burger, and they still put jalapenos on the supersonic burrito. Didn't even bother to call and complain because my husband wasn't willing to go back again. But it was a pretty simple order so I'm really disappointed they screwed it up.

Ordered two simple things. A turtle blast, and a Reese’s blast. I was given a cup of melted vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips, and a cup of vanilla ice cream with very little Reese’s. Very disappointed

This place has the worst customer service of any fast food place I have been to. The young lady who works there is always pleasant but you can tell she’s not too considered with the lack of service people are getting. Twice in the last month I have went in and it’s taken over 15 mins just to get my order taken. In the drive thru mind you. Tonight I watched the car in front of me say “Hello, Hello” repeatedly for at least 20 mins before someone came on said we will be with you shortly then proceed to never respond. After they left I decided to just pull up to the window and kindly ask what was going on? Are you short staffed, having problems inside? The girl smirked and said idk what’s going in with the head set it keeps resetting. I said ok, do you have a manger onsite to let them know. She replied, she’s here she knows. What???? The manager inside, which I did see her not addressing the issue? No sign on the drive thru? Not addressing guests? Either this place is about to shut down based on the lack of concern for their customers/employees or the current management is absolutely not doing their job and needs to be addressed.

Normally i don't leave reviews because i work in food service and i understand mistakes happen. but today 4/12/26 at 6:30 pm me and my boyfriend went to go get some food. and usually there's no issues at this location but we usually go at night so i don't know if this is a day crew issue or not. we ordered two burgers with some customizations and they repeated it back to us and we realized they rung it in wrong, no big deal stuff happens. when my boyfriend tried to correct the female worker she just ignored him. so he pressed the button again to make sure they knew it was wrong, the lady said okay and that's it. she was very rude. and then we got our food and still after we corrected them it was wrong. i understand mistakes happen but having ZERO customer service when she messed up the order is just wrong and makes me not want to eat here again. not to mention after taking a sip of my very yummy cherry limeade i pulled a long BLONDE hair out of my mouth. i have black hair. that was absolutely disgusting to pull out of my mouth, again i understand mistakes happen but having no customer service and being rude to customers should get you fired. one of the worst experiences ive ever had at a restaurant. and i've never ever experienced this with the night crew at this location!
