- FDFrank Dong1 day ago1.0Following is a review from my daughter: I am part of a non-profit youth horsemanship organization and I called Safeway to see if i could fundraise by selling horse show tickets. I waited three min before anyone picked up, and was given a number that I had to call in order to gain permission. I called the number twice, and it's always a machine asking me to press bunch of numbers. When I went to the store, there was not a single person at customer service, which explains why I had to wait that long. It took the lady a very long time to get back to us from the store director. Then she said that the store director did not have the authority to let me fundraise. I wish she could simply tell us over the phone. From what I saw, it looked as if they were understaffed not very friendly. I went to the King Soopers a few blocks away and the store manager told me I can start my fundraising at the main entrance right away. I know where to go for my grocery shopping in future :)

Was on time and they send updates regularly until we arrived. Pulled up let them know we were there, they loaded the car and it was for 70 people! Food was fresh and all were delicious and everyone loved it! Thank you Safeway for the great food and Service!

Entry door area is slummy: - Threshold is filthy. - Doors are malfunctioning. - Doors need recoat/re-anodize/repaint .. something. The introduction to the store is an under-maintained entry. An intriguing marketing move, to be sure. Vaccination discount coupon is nearly worthless. I got $0.01 discount on my post-vaccine purchase. What a scam. Pros: - Floors are nicely waxed/buffed. - Pharmacy was fast & friendly. - DIY checkout guy was very nice & helpful. These are just MY opinions. I could be wrong.

He directed me to the store manager who took me directly to shelf and viola, the horseradish I was looking for! Thank you for the great customer service!
