- DNDavid Nelson2 days ago5.0I’ve been using the Safeway pharmacy for a while and today I walked up, waited in line and the young lady behind the counter. Didn’t even have to ask my name or anything grabbed my prescriptions and gave them to me. This is the first time in quite some time That I felt recognized it was an incredible feeling and heartwarming highly a big thumbs up to the pharmacy department. Thank you for making my day.

If you say you’re on your way, they bring it out then, not when you say you’ve arrived, so you have to go in (twice) and hunt down the order with kids in the car. Things happen, but they happen regularly here with this store. Calling Customer service, the Pick Up address does not work. The Safeway computer will send it anywhere to any Safeway store. When calling to inquire about your order, do not call the Safeway store that you think it went to, you have to call Safeway Customer service line as an order cannot be seen across various stores..
- ESEmily ShayMay 19, 20261.0I'm so tired of coming into these stores and the clerks and managers never wanna do their jobs, sometime my payment method requires them to call a specific number accustomed to Safeway to get it approved and I swear 9 times out of 10 they always give me some lame excuse as to why they can't or they haven't or they don't. No wonder this store is going under, they don't want to go the extra mile to help someone complete their transaction and pay for the groceries they are trying to buy. All bc of pure laziness, they'd much rather sit there on their phones or do some other mundane task that takes them away from having to interact with the customers. So sad. What has happened to customer service? First they take away the customer is always right attitude and replaced it with you need help with something? Too bad.
