    I just ordered Jimmy John’s, one I ordered as a guest so I could not track my order for some reason. 30 minutes goes by, and I’m curious where my food is at. I give the restaurant a call and a kind gentleman tells me it should be there by now. I find it, that’s that. I was never notified it got dropped off. Then I get a call from the driver, I did not tip because I was going to do so in person, but because I was not able to track anything, I couldn’t. He calls me telling me if I wanted to leave a tip, which I find odd. I text him back and tell him I don’t feel super comfortable having someone tip on my behave and not in my handwriting. He then tells me I should have tipped on the phone when I was on the other end with the other person. Umm sorry no. At that point I had no idea where my food was even at why would I tip. I asked him if his store knew he was calling and texting me about leaving a tip and he said he saw nothing wrong in what he was doing. So I told him to leave me alone or I’m getting management involved. Seriously jimmy John’s. Even if I didn’t want to tip, I’m allowed that. Your employees should not be texting and calling people to tip them. That’s so unprofessional and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Keep in mind.. you are 5 minutes away from me, it wasn’t a hour long drive.

    It's been about 5 years since I've been to a Jimmy John's and it's good to know that the quality and size of the sandwiches haven't been compromised. , The #9 has been my favorite in the past and it remains so now.

    This location had near-100% order accuracy for years, but my past three orders have had an item missing. Not large orders. Not during peak hours. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
