  Just picked up 3 sandwiches at 1 pm and either you served us 3 day old bread or someone there doesn't know how to cook bread properly. The bottom is hard as rock. If work at Jimmy John's and you can't bake bread properly then maybe you shouldn't work there

  Absolute worst service at a Jimmy John’s I’ve ever seen every single worker is so miserable and impatient and disrespectful for absolutely no reason if you try to use your app at this location for anything have fun. They’re the meanest people ever, but there is a worker in there named Matt he was the only one who is nice so five stars for Matt one stars for the whole location.

  Used to be a regular here specifically for the tuna sandwich. They've apparently replaced it with a new version, and I don't know what happened but it's not the same. The amount of tuna is a fraction of what it used to be — we're talking maybe 10-20% of the filling, with the rest just being lettuce, cheese, and tomato. Barely any meat at all. If I wanted a salad sandwich I'd order one. Really disappointing change — the old tuna was the reason I came here. Won't be back until they fix it.
