  Just want to say. Horrible service and where the heck is the meat in this. None there are for sure not 39 grams of protein on this bootlegger wrap. Disappointed and still starving. Never going back Not even a entire piece of turkey in there. 🤦‍♀️

  Waited in the drive thru for 37 minutes before they even came out to tell me their registers hadn’t been working for two days. Didn’t provide any sort of apology or customer service, still wanted to charge full price. Asked to speak to the manager only to have her scream at me and say it’s a business she can’t give out free sandwiches. Made me miss my lunch and leave hungry. Freaky slow. Following up with corporate.

  They gave me a roast beef sub that was all gristle, it was inedible. I know they have to touch and look at the meat that they put in the subs, and they still chose to screw me like that. Lost a loyal customer, also their drive through has been incredibly slow lately for jimmy johns standards.
