My partner enjoyed his tripe and flank pho as well. The vegan broth has tons of flavor- always something I look forward to. They do a spice rating that you can chose with your pho, which is great. I got a medium and I probably could have gone a little hotter, but it was still prefect. Moderate pricing, big portions. Great service!!!

The broth was absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD — rich, flavorful, comforting, and seriously some of the best pho broth I’ve ever had. 🍜 The chicken pho was delicious, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. On top of the amazing food, the staff was SO incredibly sweet, welcoming, and friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for the best pho, Vietnamese food, flavorful broth, great portions, and amazing service, add Jennie Pho to your list. 10,000/10 would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back! ❤️

The food was delicious, I got the brisket pho and my husband got the rare steak and brisket pho and we both really enjoyed them. Super flavorful and comforting. We also got boba which was really good. The servers were also very kind and asked us if we had ever been before which we have not. For our first visit, it was absolutely amazing! They also gave us a $5 gift card which was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back to try more.
- KKKristaAug 5, 20265.0I've lived down the road from Jennie Pho for years and stopped by from time-to-time. Recently I've seen Jennie Pho pop up on my Tiktok and felt it was my sign to come in. The restaurant itself is very clean! The staff was on top of their game, I came during early afternoon/late lunch and the restaurant was popping! Lots of friendly chatter, small families, couples, colleagues, friends. I was sat, ordered, and received my food within 10-14 minutes. I ordered a rice combination plate (2C, I believe) with pork, chicken, steak, shrimp, and egg rolls. The food was hot (temperature), seasoned, and fresh. Everything tastes just as good as it smells, I promise you! The meat was succulent, juicy, absolutely divine! The carrots were pickled slightly, so tangy and CRISP. They keep a bottle of hoisin and siracha sauce on every table so you can spice your food to your own comfort level. I ordered a honeydew milk tea and added lychee jelly in it at the recommendation of staff. Truly, just what I needed to get through this warm August day in Colorado! I do not typically write reviews on Google unless I am completely blown away. There are so many wonderful Vietnamese restaurants in Broomfield, but my loyalty is with Jennie Pho. Bring a friend, family member, or even just go alone (I did) and you will be met with a warm, friendly, and flavorful atmosphere and leave satisfied and full. They offer several vegan, vegetarian, and carnivore options!
- MHMatt HarperAug 4, 20265.0Terrific place. We just moved to the area from Douglas County and love this place more than our go-to down there. Service is always fast and the food is always delicious. Most folks get the pho, which had a solid, great tasting broth. Food came out last time in about 5 minutes. If they ask if you like it spicy, be certain you really enjoy spicy. It has kick and doesn't really need any Sriracha at that point. We put some in and had to push through the strong spice. Still loved the pho, though. The do allow you to order from the lunch menu during dinner hours for smaller portions and cost. For their vermicelli bowl, that's a great option since it's huge as a dinner. We'll be frequenting this place many times for years!
