  I went to get ice cream and asked for a sample of my favorite flavor to see if it’s good. I was going to buy it but the worker said if you just want samples leave, I took it personally even though I was going to buy ice cream for a party. Lost a good customer because of bad customer service

  Ice water, ice water with a little bit of flavoring. That was the worst desert I've had in my life. The waffle cone was Bland like cardboard, the chocolate on it didn't even taste like chocolate and the sprinkles tasted like plain sugar. Oh and the reason why I went there in the first place, the ice cream. As I mentioned earlier, ice water. I threw it away.

  One reason why I even come to Flatirons is for this Ice Cream! Not from Colorado and this is the closest Haagen to me. Have great service from all the times I have ordered.
