  When I first started going to Dutch Bros., it was at their Garden of the Gods location in Colorado Springs. I want to say, this location is AMAZING. It was there where I got hooked on stickers, asking thought provoking questions that although kinda odd, I enjoyed. Fast forward to now, and I live closest to this location in Broomfield. A couple of things to note, it doesn't matter when I show up but they don't seem to give away stickers, or are VERY selective as to who gets one. Since this location opened, I have yet to get a sticker and on July 1st, I arrived slightly before they opened at 5AM, was the 4th car in line and still didn't get a sticker. I saw the dude handed one to the car in front of me. But why not me? I've not had to ask at any other location, do I need to ask here? If I do, why, when that isn't the case at other locations? Additionally, this location is extremely slow. And I mean EXTREMELY slow. And I will also mirror the sentiment of others, if you get an iced drink here, they fill the entire cup up with ice and then add in your drink of choice. Get a large iced tea, 4 maybe 6 sips at best. It doesn't seem like there's value here. And, don't even order a food item, it's like they have to go to the business next doors basement and through a maze to get your food. This location could do much better. And, last thing about this location, no questions. It's a long wait to get anything here, at least fill that dead space with something.

  It took forever to get our order. If you don't have the staff to have the window as de drive-thru open. Pick only one of them to serve. Besides the forever waiting the flavors are not good at all. Go the strawberry colada and it taste super artificial with no distinctive flavor. Didn't taste like pineapple, coconut or strawberry. My boyfriend's mocha super blah,bland flavor.

  Waited a good while .With 2 drinks order and 3 cars in from waited about 15 min got to the window and waited another 10 min to get my two drinks meanwhile through the window 2 out of 3 employees just standing around

  The drinks were delicious and they did make a few mistakes on the order. It was spost to be a small and it was a large and it was spost to be a Golden Eagle freeze but it was iced instead. Not my best Dutch bros experience. At least they warned us it would be a wait. We were waiting for 4 drinks (2 of which were messed up) for about 15 minutes

  This location is SO SLOW. I live right by it, love Dutch bros was ecstatic when I saw one was opening but oh my god why do I need 30 MINUTES to get a coffee??? 1 car will sit at the window for 10-15 minutes sometimes. Super disappointing and you can’t even exit the line once you get in so you’re stuck until you get your drink. Ugh.
