  Ordered Blizzards and this is how melted/soupy they were handed to us. Mine dripped all over the lobby floor. We would have complained at the location, however it got really busy right after us ordering. Not sure what happened- but this definitely couldn’t get flipped upside down :(

  Two weeks ago in the late afternoon they could not server vanilla ice cream. They were all enjoying their break so I’m not sure if they had let management know or not. Then it happened again. Isn’t vanilla ice cream one of their core products? Hopefully replacement equipment will be available soon so they don’t have to deal with it during the summer.

  No chocolate ice cream as others have mentioned, even though it’s available for order in the app. The lobby is dirty and I definitely noticed the guy other people are talking about treating DoorDash workers differently. Will probably try the Lafayette location based on this experience.

  I went in yesterday and the staff wasn't very helpful. It seemed like my question about cakes annoyed them. I went to the one on 104th and Federal and had a much better experience!

  My kids’ ice cream melted right through the bottom of the cup when we got home. I could tell it was going to be a mess right away because the employee handed my daughter her ice cream in two other cups because the first one was already falling apart and had ice cream dripping everywhere.This place is nothing but a gross sticky mess every time I come here.
