  The chicken bbq pizza came with jalapeños even though it didn’t list it on he menu so my daughter couldn’t eat it. The Caesar salad tasted like plastic and we didn’t get any sauce with the wings. The cauliflower crust was ok. When we were ordering the guy at the register didn’t seem to know they had gluten free crust so another employee had to consistently help him with our whole order

  I ordered delivery. It was really expensive as you can imagine. Took over an hour. And they forgot 2 things from my order. Very dissatisfied. I mean you already charge way more than other pizzerias. You already take longer than most pizzerias. And you still forget to deliver the correct order? Cmon... unacceptable. Definitely will not eat here again.

  Ordered online, and my husband grabbed it. He was given the completely wrong order. The salad was missing ingredients, and when we called they said it was because they were out of them — no one said a thing upon pickup. Was given the completely wrong pizza. Calling to get a refund was a nightmare. Never could get the manager to call back despite leaving multiple messages, and the first time was told that the manager on duty had quit. The manager, when we finally reached her after repeated attempts, was snippy and unapologetic. No matter what information we provided, she just went on and on that she could not process a refund despite us giving her all the information the confirmation order email had. She also mentioned she was the only one there and made a comment that made it seem like she’s processed many refunds… so based on that and other negative reviews, this happens A LOT. Understaffed, poorly staffed. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache. I’m surprised they’re still in business. It’s also suspect that they never address these reviews.

  Im not the one to write google reviews and slander pizza places but i got a large pepperoni pizza with sausage and once it came out the dough on the bottom was not fully cooked and it really wasn’t a big deal so I asked the cook to throw it back in and when I came out the bottom was still raw.

  This place used to be Smokin Oak. Their staff told me it was the same ownership just a new name, although someone else I know was given a different story. The staff was nice, but acted and talked like this was brand new for them, they didn't know how anything worked. Half the pizza ingredients seemed not to be in stock, and they told me and I heard to 2 other guests that as a small business they can't stock everything. So why put it on the menu. Their ordering system was a mystery to them, and they didn't understand how to use the credit card reader. They charge by the ounce for beer, and when the beer I wanted was spewing nothing but foam, their suggestion was to try a different beer. The pizza was decent. But the wings were borderline raw, I probably shouldn't have even eaten them. The inside is identical to smokin oak, which is to say it's about one step up from a fast food joint. Not a great experience.
