  This is one of the worst Taco Bells you will visit. They are always incredibly slow making the food. And they will sit there and stare at you at the counter for 5 minutes if you don't say anything to them and get their attention. Once they actually do make and deliver the food, it's actually up to normal Taco Bell standards. Just don't go there in a hurry, or expecting to get your food very quickly.

  We ordered 2 grilled cheese steak burritos and asked that they remove the fiesta strips and they kept them in. Don't go to this location they can't listen or follow directions. Plus we asked for Diablo sauce and they directions give us any had to go back into the restaurant from drive thru and get it.

  I pull up after placing on online order for drive thru pickup 10 minutes prior, NOBODY in the drive thru and they still tell me to pull around to the front 😂 they do this every time. Why even have a window in the drive thru at this point? Waited for another 10 minutes after they told me to pull around

  Don't ever tell a customer no or you don't have it on the menu and when i get to the window I see it being given to a fellow paying customer. Train your damn window clerk to not tell customers no!!!

  I would honestly give them zero stars tonight if I could. We won’t be going back to this location ever again. My Son ordered a chicken quesadilla. He seen something on the edge of his cheese so he pulled it apart. Found a huge bug melted right into his cheese! You had to choose to be completely negligent to see a big this big hanging off the cheese and chose to put it in the wrapper regardless. Tried to call 5-6x to speak to someone and nobody ever answered the phone.
