  We ordered and sat down after geting our cups. It was pushing 10 min so we were checking. There was a family to my right still waiting for their food when I got mine. They were there before I even ordered. They asked the managers name and the kid says idk I just work here. They ask her and says Crystal. I ordered a special taco no lettuce. It definitely had some lettuce on it. I bit in and all I tasted. I spit it out. I didnt even want to mess with it but my SO did. He went to the counter and asked how hard it was to make an order right? The kid says that wasnt on there... none of my husband's food has lettuce either. He asked for the manager and he was asked with what do you need? Asked for the manager again and the lady who said she was Crystal replied she was. Smh dont go here. They were all too busy socializing and messing around to do their jobs. Recommend that someone higher goes in and cleans up.

  Went twice and had a single modification, but it was not made correctly both times I don't think they even check...

  Employees were nice-ish, but the tables were so filthy and sticky and they didn't know how to place order for the "featured" meal. They were busy in the drive thru, I assume cuz they all appeared to be working frantically but the loby was near empty. No wait on tables but, as I started B4, they were sticky and dirty. Good was fair. I had 3 crunchy taco supremes & a gordita and a bowl of pintos and cheese... Each item (except the beans) literally had 3Xs the lettuce than anything else---terrible balance. Would drive across town to a different taco bell that go here ever again

  Muy mala atención turno nocturno, mujer de habla hispana en la linea de autos trata mal a los consumidores, no tienen recibos para despachar las ordenes. Desafortunadamente mala experiencia en este lugar. Después de esperar mas de 40 minutos no fue posible que se entregara la orden.

  The employees here are worthless, lived up the road for a few months and they cant get anything right, it takes 3 seconds to put tomato and sour cream on something, push regular instead of diet on the fountain, or wrap a burrito up. You cant communicate anything to half the employees either, even the afternoon MOD doesnt speak English. Prices at this place are too high to be getting a mess with the wrong ingredients, it's a bad joke.
