  I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arrival. Show up and input the stall number and a few minutes later the screen said enjoy your food. We never got the food. After we press the button to ask where our food is some woman answered in a very rude tone saying go to the drive thru and hung up before we could explain. Another 15 minutes later we almost received the wrong order before we got the right order that was cold and had been sitting the entire time. I know one shouldn’t expect a lot out of a fast food restaurant and I understand places are short staffed, just don’t be a …..

  The new GM here is Rude As hell, I did a corporate call asked for the regional to call me back and she never did that either. They really need to figure this out because they’re even slow. I don’t know how a GM can be so rude and then she tried to tell me it’s the way she talks sorry the way that you talk has nothing to do with you cutting people off and being rude. Sonic needs to do better. I waited over 20 minutes for two drinks one time.
