  Ordered our food and went to the next window and they had no knowlege of our order. The girl then asked what it was and walked away as my wife was telling her. Spent over 20 minutes I ordering and find out we were told there was noorder to be found. Never again going there anymore. Hire people who at least a have a brai

  EVERY TIME that we go to the drive-thru there is something missing in the order. From now on I will just park at the window and check every item before moving.

  So I'm sorry if you're having a bad day, but it's not anyone else's problem nor does that justify me waiting 4 minutes for service because my order was messed up. I payed for extra fries in my kids meal instead of apple slices and low and behold, there was apples. I tried telling the guy immediatley but he walked away and proceeded to talk to another worker for 3 minutes while I sat there waiting. To the point, I could hear them talking so I said hello and they IGNORED ME!! I'm not one for bad reviews, but at this point it's very deserved. I'm appauled at how poorly I was treated, since when I did eventually get my fries there was SIX in the container. As someone who works in the food industry, that's not at all how you deal with that, and I will not be returning after coming to this McDonald's for the past 5 years. I'm disgusted by this behavior.

  Worst mcdonalds in brighton all the lil kids they have working there need to get fired the food the two times i have gone is cold and just trash its not that hard to flip burgers i just left there now on 07/19/2026 at 7:30 pm and they gave me the sloppiest orders halfway full large fry and food cold as hell and the staff is just dumb yall need to get better workers
