  Walked in for my first time because I just moved to Brighton brought the girls to play, and every single table was dirty clearly took him 30 minutes to clear a table off. And then waiting 20 minutes for fast food with your chicken nuggets, stale!! Wow!! If customers paid for their food and is sitting down patiently waiting out of respect, give them their drinks, so they're not getting water done like mine was

  Bathroom and lobby are dirty as usual. My kids noticed the fry person dumping their fries in their happy meal box intentionally. Crazy work

  It's night and day with this McDonald's one time you can order a mcflurry and get the right size then the next you order one it's not even worth the money I don't if they need better training in this store so the employees know how to make things the right way or not but it is just frustrating when you pay almost $5 for a mcflurry and get hardly nothing in it, it's bad enough this is the only McDonald's around this area

  I ordered two meals and a chicken nuggets order, and the experience was unacceptable. The food was cold when we received it, and the chicken nuggets we paid for were completely missing from the bag. When I called the store to report the issue, I was told the only way to receive a refund was to drive all the way back to the restaurant. After already driving 15 minutes away, being asked to make another round trip because of the store’s mistake is unreasonable. Not only was the order incorrect, but the customer service was extremely unhelpful and showed no effort to resolve the problem. Customers should not be expected to waste additional time and fuel to correct an error they did not make. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the lack of customer service. This experience fell far below what I expect from a restaurant, and I will think twice before returning.

  I ordered a Mocha frappe( one item) at the drive thru and wasn’t that busy at the time. Was given a straw and told to pull to the last window and it would be brought to me and at least 10 mins past and still nothing, even tried knocking on the window and still nothing but probably noisy, so went inside and the guy at the register after taking the customers order in front of me turns and walks to the back, he comes back after being told and it’s as if they just clicked out of the order cause didn’t know anything about and waited another 3+ mins before finally getting my Frappe. Poor service unfortunately.
