    I love Dutch bros and used to love this location but lately I have been disappointed with my last few visits. Some days I get my coffee and it taste burnt. The past .. idk 5 or 6 times I’ve placed my order on the app for pick up and my coffee is always missing something simple like the caramel drizzle that’s marketing with the golden eagle. I don’t know if it’s laziness or just poor attention to detail - but when I place an order, I expect my order to include everything I paid for/included in my order. On top of the unfriendly customer service and long wait times, getting my morning coffee should never be a frustrating experience.

    I usually place a pick up order and arrive each day around 10am, I have been doing so for over a year now. Suddenly lately they have decided to clean the Machine for the Dutch Freeze at that same time that I generally come through and my coffee has wound up as this bitter blended espresso drink that I definitely did not order. I have had to throw away my Coffee, Money, and Time away from work too much lately. Very unsatisfied and will be taking my Regular Order to a different location.

    I’ve recently moved to the area and have been here a few times. My drinks are always completely flat. I go to Dutch bros almost daily for years so I know what the standard is, and they’re certainly not like any of the other ones I’ve had. There’s usually a ton of bubbles from carbonation at the bottom and as you can see in the photo, almost none. On my second visit, three cars were waiting in line when someone cut in front of all of us because of the two line setup. I politely suggested putting a cone or marker at the second line to help prevent this. The girl taking my order looked annoyed despite me mentioning I know it’s hard for them to monitor who’s next in line. She responded that they don’t do that because it makes the line longer and requires them to walk farther to take orders. I it’s only an extra 15–20 feet to walk to the next car, but preventing customers from being cut off forcing them to wait longer, is like the bigger priority. The response was disappointing, especially when I was then prompted to leave a tip. Between the multiple flat drinks and this experience, I would suggest going elsewhere

    I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to the Dutch Bros team on hwy 7! You all truly stand out for your amazing customer service, sweet smiles, and genuine joy! Especially at 5:00 AM! Honestly, any time of the day. I don’t know everyone’s names, but Zay, Joseph, and Jordyn have especially stood out to me. To the entire team, may God truly bless you! Thank you for being such a bright spot in the community! 🙏🏼❤️
