We asked them to make it again, the little girl at the window questioned us then said fine but it'll still taste the same. I tried explaining again that it didnt taste like a golden eagle but watered down milk. Omg, just go to the other location by Platte Valley Hosp!

It's a good thing Miss Jordan was there to assist in explaining their different drinks, asking me what I like- she's pretty amazing. I started off with a blended golden eagle which is delicious and tried a dulce de leche ice coffee today. 2 thumbs up, highly recommend and if you're in doubt ask for Jordan cuz she won't steer ya wrong! This is def my new coffee spot!

Ordered large guy was making medium then turned it into large but didn’t add more flavoring so had hardly any flavor. Db has gone down hill not a good representation of the brand I used to love. Do better!

However we have a few bad apples here just like anywhere else. Sometimes I go twice a day however Nicole she is such a sweetheart! She is a rockstar there’s times I don’t wanna go back at all because people have upset me there before especially when you let them know your drink is incorrect they get upset but if your spending $13 on a drink of course you want it correct, but Nicole always makes me want to go back because of how kind and sweet she is! She’s the main reason I will always going back to be honest! Corrects the mistakes she doesn’t make and always has a positive attitude and remembers to always be kind! We need more people like her!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
