  The first few times I went here everything was great. Everybody was friendly. Nobody was cranky. But then I went in there tonight to pick up an iced coffee on my way to work and I ordered ahead on the app, and when I got there, they hadn’t even started it. So the guy at the window started making it and proceeded to scoop up a bunch of ice and water out of the ice bin and dumped it in my cup, so it was half full of water and ice meaning that my coffee would be watered down. I asked him if he could get just ice and he goes, This is ice! I asked him if he could dump out the water because I didn’t want my coffee all watered down. In a big huff he dumped it out and went to the other ice machine and got the ice. However, I had ordered it light ice and he had the cup all the way full of ice so I asked him if he could dump over half of it out and he said this is light ice! I said I’d like less please. He was very cranky and very pissy and didn’t pay attention to my online order and the details of it. The other guy that was there was very friendly and nice and apologized for him, which is sad that he even had to do that. Normally, I would have given this place five stars but this one employee really screwed it up.

  The queue is the most ridiculous way to line up possible and the kids that work there don’t get that customers get pissed when they’ve been waiting for 10 minutes to order only to have somebody pull up next to them and be served first. Good beverages, friendly kids, great youthful coffee concept, TERRIBLE line set up.

  Service is incredibly slow, it takes over 4 minutes to make a drink no matter what time you go by. They either need more help or the drinks need to be more simple. @Dutch Bros, instead of making people submit stuff to your customer service support chat why don’t you actually listen to the things your customers have been complaining about on here rather than just ignoring them?

  I had to come on here and shout out one of the employees this absolute legend with ginger hair who made my whole day. From the second I pulled up, their energy was unreal. Super friendly, cracking jokes, and just genuinely bringing good vibes. You can tell he actually cared about making people smile, not just taking orders. He even helped me pick out a drink and it ended up being one of the best I’ve had from Dutch Bros.
