  This location is terrible. Every order we think it will be better and it’s still small portions, incorrect orders or poor food quality. If anything, go inside to order so you can watch them prep your food. Dont order to go.

  i got my daughter a bowl with rice,steak and cheese the lady added extra steak even though we didn’t ask for it then proceeded to tell the cashier extra steak when i asked why one bowl was 20 dollars they said we asked for extra meat and it’s the same price as purchasing another bowl. I wanted to walk away because it is outrageous to pay for 2 bowls and only walk out with one. I didn’t even buy me anything because i didn’t have enough to purchase for myself. I will never return to this restaurant again. in the future maybe advise people if the server decides to add more food to your order you will go broke. Do you guys get paid by what you sell my daughter is tiny she didn’t need the extra food not to mention she didn’t even get what most people want on their bowl.

  I have to give a shout out to the cashier working at the Brighton CO location at about 2pm on 5/11/26. She noticed that there was something in the side guacamole I ordered when it was already closed up (when the guy who put it in there to begin with should've noticed it and either wasn't paying attention or didn't care). She opened the container and immediately asked her coworker for another guacamole and threw that one away, she thought it might have been some of the avocado skin but either way looked questionable so didn't want to serve it. Praise to her for attention to detail!! Much appreciated from a long time Chipotle customer!!

  The quality at this location has always been low but tonight there was a literal piece of plastic an inch long in the middle of my burrito. Won’t be coming here anymore.

  This location has gone downhill fast. Chipotle is shooting itself in the foot by constantly shortening food portions on mobile and online orders. It’s gotten so bad that people would rather stand in line and order in person just to make sure they actually get a full meal. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you’re paying the same price for half the food? The staff there is no help either. Everyone looks young, careless, and completely uninterested in doing their job. The food is sloppily thrown together, portions are inconsistent, and the attitudes are terrible. Nobody seems to care about customer service or quality anymore. The managers must either be nonexistent or completely checked out too, because there’s clearly no standards being enforced. The whole place feels poorly run from top to bottom. Definitely not worth the money anymore.
