I handed it back and asked her to fill it with a beverage, she then handed me a cup with zero ice and not full and scoffed at me. I wish I could have taken my tip back!

The service, terrible, the food burnt and dry. We've tried it a few times give the benefit of a doubt. Maybe the crew change whatever the case. But no, they never answer. The dining room is always disgusting. And as mentioned, when ordering online, the portions are beyond skimped, yet charged full price

I was going to get guacamole but it had so many other toppings mixed in with it including cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and a few tomatoes. I decided to get a small queso instead and was charged for a regular size, even after I asked the cashier if the total was correct. I also ordered a drink but the 3 main options ended up being out and the one I did choose was very flat. I asked the cashier if at least one of the drink options could be refilled and all I got was “Oh they’re out, we don’t have anymore. Sorry about that, but we don’t do refunds.” Highly recommend going to a different location.
