There were only 2 guests in the lobby & they asked me to “come back in 10”. They could have just made my bowl right there, but didn’t. Young boy in the drive through window didn’t even acknowledge me when I said things & mumbled. Customer service just doesn’t exist anymore & it’s so sad.

I understand it was lunchtime and things were busy, but I was given the wrong food. I caught the mistake as was pulling out of the drive-thru and came back around so that two customers wouldn’t end up with the wrong orders. Please take the extra second to double-check orders and not just hand food out the window, especially for customers with food allergies, like myself. Mistakes like this can be more than just an inconvenience. As the saying goes, “Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.” Take the time to get it right rather than rushing and making mistakes.

They put your bottled soda In the same bag as your food so you get warm soda and cold burrito. Buy queso and chips; you only get half the container worth of queso here. Tables are usually dirty

Employees look stressed and don't smile. Always wait at the window too long before anyone notices me. I will say one thing about the Chipotle in Brighton, CO...they are definitely consistent...they're DISAPPOINTING every time! Horrible service and quality control!
