    After two years of loyal patronage, I can confidently say this Chipotle has mastered the art of consistency — consistently forgetting items, consistently giving me half-portions that suggest the chicken is being rationed for wartime, and consistently making me stand at the counter for ten minutes like a ghost who died there and is doomed to haunt the salsa station forever. When an employee does finally acknowledge my existence, the energy is less “welcome” and more “how dare you.” I’ve been made to feel like an inconvenience for committing the unforgivable sin of… ordering food. At a restaurant. We’ve raised these issues with management repeatedly over two years. I assumed the service had hit rock bottom, but this team keeps innovating — every visit finds exciting new depths. It’s honestly impressive. If they put this much dedication into the burritos as they do into ignoring customers, this would be the best location in Colorado. Instead of never coming back, I will continue to haunt this location with reviews. Every. Single. Time. But I’ll consider going to Qdoba more often.

    I originally planned to order online, but the estimated wait time was longer than it would take me to drive to the store, so I decided to place my order in person instead. When I arrived, the line was quite long. I noticed there were at least six staff members working, but the workflow appeared to be somewhat inefficient. I also tried to use my free entrée reward code, but the staff told me the code was locked. I had redeemed the reward points just before entering the store, so I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to use it.

    15 people working and the place looks like this. Cleaned our own tables so we could sit down. Floors are horrible, nobody here cares. You can see the counters our food slides across are gross. Again nobody here cares. Decided not to eat after all this.

    The food portions were extremely small for the price. The music inside was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation and enjoy the meal. I was also disappointed by the service—no one checked whether we needed anything else, offered refills, or asked if we wanted additional items. Overall, the experience did not provide good value for the money, and I left feeling underwhelmed.

    Terrible teammates with terrible attitudes, and the manager Angelica has no idea what’s she’s doing. Had a large catering order which was already paid for in advance. When we got in to pick it up, they let us know we needed to pay for the food AGAIN before it could be made. If Chipotle is your spot, I get it. Just AVOID this one at all costs. Management team is full of incompetent employees.
