  Tried to give this place another shot and was let down again. Sat down around 5:45 and waitress didn’t come to our table until 6:05. I asked if we could still get an app off the happy hour menu since we sat well before it ended and she said no. Then after awhile the food came out cold and kind of stale. She never came back to check if everyone was correct, which it wasn’t. Out of 4 people, only two got offered a refill of their beverage. Finally was able to flag her down so we could pay and leave. I understand if you’re short staffed but this has been the problem at this location for years. Service is poor and food comes out cold and incorrect. I will drive to a further location in the future.

  When we finally got our food it was ice cold. Hardly got any refills. Hannah has been the worst waitress ever, never could be found and we had to bug other waitresses just to receive our sodas. We have been here a handful of times and the service has never been near as terrible as it was tonight.

  This was a great experience at buffalo wild wings. We love coming on Thursdays for BOGO boneless. The service was great even tho it was a little busy. The wings where hot, fresh, and flavorful. Not the best wings I've ever had but still really good overall. I will be back here.

  I was so incredibly disappointed with my service on Saturday. We sat and waited 30 to even have waiter acknowledge us. We ordered dinner and appetizers. When the food came out the wings were not hot and we never got our appetizers. Couldn’t even tell the waiter because she never came back. Didn’t offer any refills or check on us. We had to finally pay at the front because we waited even 15 after finishing dinner and didn’t get our check. We definitely won’t be back.

  I've been to this location a few times thinking it will get better, but our last experience was the tipping point I think. It was Saturday night and the Nuggets had a playoff game, so we expected it to be busy. Our server was decent, but this place seems to be mismanaged. I have experience in the food service industry, from being a dishwasher to a busser to a runner to a server, and something just doesn't flow well here. Every time we eat there the food is luke warm by the time it gets to the table. Last night, it took them an hour to get out our 5-year-old's meal kids meal, and if you have kids, it's not like they are a joy to be around when they are hungry. They also brought our appetizer out when we were almost done with our meals even though we asked them to bring it out first. The server checked on it multiple times, too. Plus, my order was wrong and they didn't bring out our other child's fries with their meal. Again, this isn't on the server because they read back our order when we placed it and it was correct. Lastly, we asked them to change at least one of the 50 televisions to TBS because there were two Stanley Cup games overlapping, and they never did. We just watched the other game on our phone at the table. I mean, it's a chain sports bar, that is not a big ask. I don't know if this place is understaffed or poorly managed or what, but it's not awesome.
