  Stopped in while visiting Boulder. Our sandwiches were excellent and the stuff was very friendly.

  One of my Favorite sandwiches is the Classic BLT. The overstuffed BLT at Lindsay's Boulder Deli is Exceptional! And I know this because of all of the BLTs that I have had in my life. So far, except for the ones that I create of course, this one is the BEST. The bread was perfectly toasted, the lettuce was green and crisp, the tomato was firm, and the bacon-- the BACON--was crispy but not burnt-- the best bacon. I was happy to share it with my husband however I could have easily eaten the whole sandwich. And shout out to Kaleb F. Thanks for the service.

  After a quick stop at the Boulder Bookstore, my sister & I were wandering Pearl St & came across Lindsay's. Headed inside, perused the offerings, & ordered a sandwich to go. Half a sandwich each was more than enough to fill us up. Very tasty. If I still lived in town I could see myself eating here alot.
