  The guy at the register was pretty rude and wouldn't take my order directly even though I knew what I wanted and was ready to ask and pay at the register. He didn't really look me in the eye, just turned me over to the digital kiosk. Sad customer experience -- it would've been nice to have a human interaction and order something face to face, but instead you're just turned to a screen. No warmth or interaction in the store, just people ordering from screens and making orders from screens

  Only one person on staff and seemed new. Added up to slow service and long wait. Place could use a deep cleaning.

  I love coming here for smoothies and smoothie bowls. The workers are always so nice.

  I was actually excited to stop at Jamba Juice, but this place completely blew it. My girlfriend had an emergency and needed to use the bathroom ASAP, so we asked for the code. They refused and said we had to order first. I didn’t even know what I wanted yet—it was literally a last-ditch situation—and instead of showing any understanding, they were rude about it. No empathy, no customer service, just attitude. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a place like this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Trash
