I didn’t even know what I wanted yet—it was literally a last-ditch situation—and instead of showing any understanding, they were rude about it. No empathy, no customer service, just attitude. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a place like this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Trash

The reason stated was because other people “did something bad in the bathroom” and that it’s “new company policy”. When profits > basic human decency, we’ll get our smoothies elsewhere next time.
